Geraldine Brosnan

Geraldine joined BPM at its inception in 1993 and became Director in 2004. Prior to that Geraldine was PQS on a variety of commercial retail and leisure projects including Thistle, Hilton five star and budget hotels, sports centres and school refurbishment and upgrades along with numerous private residential refurbishments and developments. Geraldine has gained extensive Procurement, Quantity Surveying and Project Management experience within these sectors and since joining BPM has developed her skills into a well-found Employers Agent and development consultant specialising in the delivery of numerous mixed tenure projects.

Inderjit Bhogal

Job Titles:
  • Associate Director / Health and Safety Lead
Indy is currently employed by BPM as an Associate Director who will be in charge of all CDM Principal Designer and Health & Safety matters and will oversee his team of staff. Indy is highly experienced, passionate and hard working and is qualified to current standards with over 22 years of experience within the industry and always strives to achieve the best as possible in his capacity. He is competent in managing all kinds of housing projects and also experienced in commercial restaurant refurbishment and retail projects. Indy holds a BSc (Hons) Degree in Construction Management and an incorporated member of the Association of Project Safety IMaPS Membership Number 005179, including the Construction Health & Safety Group.

Mark Warren

Job Titles:
  • DIRECTOR
The BPM Managing Director will be the Accountable Director and the Lead Consultant Manager, Mark established BPM as a founding partner in 1993. Mark developed well established quantity surveying skills focusing upon the mixed tenure residential projects for both corporate and private projects and in particular with RSLs. Over the 27 years since BPM's creation, Mark has formed strong key strategies required to maintain a successful business.

Michael Whelan

Job Titles:
  • DIRECTOR
Michael joined BPM in 2000 and became Director in 2004. Prior to that Michael gained extensive Quantity Surveying, Litigation and Project Management experience in both contracting and private practice in commercial; hotels, retail and offices, new build refurbishment and conversion, and since joining BPM has successfully delivered numerous residential projects for private developers and registered providers.

Sean Meier

Job Titles:
  • Associate Director
Sean joined BPM in 2000 and became Associate Director in 2006. Prior to that Sean was PQS on a variety of residential and commercial projects. Sean has gained extensive procurement, quantity surveying and project management experience since joining BPM and has successfully delivered a range of mixed tenure projects, manages the project cost library and updating the information regularly to include the BCIS data and our project cost analysis.
