Adam Lockett, Head of Lettings, is based at our Weybridge branch and manages the team. He has a proven track record of success throughout a career that spans more than 15 years working in the London and Surrey lettings market. In previous roles, Adam has worked for both a large corporate agent, as well as developing two other prestigious letting agencies to become market leaders in their chosen areas. Adam joined the company in January 2020 and is responsible for all aspects of the lettings division with a key focus on ensuring he and his team deliver the highest levels of service for both our landlords and tenants.

Senior Partner Andrew Dewar has spent more than 40 years as a professional in the Surrey property market and has been instrumental in creating the company we are today. Andrew's passion for recruiting, training and retaining the very best people means he is still as active in the business today as he was on day one but is now focused on staff training and development.

Dan is very proud to have worked his way up through the company, having started as a Trainee Negotiator in the 1990's. Joe Dewar, Partner comments "Having grown up in a family of estate agents there was no other career path to choose. Joe is joined in our Esher branch by Matthew Knight, Branch Manager, who began his career in estate agency in 2011 in Walton-on-Thames. After a couple of years Matthew moved over to the Weybridge market, joining Curchods Esher in 2015. Matthew has a wealth of knowledge in the Elmbridge property market and prides himself on his honest, friendly, straightforward approach. He is incredibly proud to head up a hugely successful team at Curchods Esher.

Senior Partner John Slatter has been respected in the property industry for over 45 years. Marc Roberts, Manager of Curchods East Horsley, has successfully been selling houses in Surrey for over 20 years. Owen Miles is the resident partner of our Shepperton office and has worked in estate agency since 1985, joining Curchods in 1991. He is passionate about the business and has spent most of his career working within Shepperton, where he has gained an intimate knowledge of the local market. He has a wealth of experience and is widely respected within the property industry and from the many clients that he has helped move over the years for his technical knowledge and capabilities.

, has always had a keen interest in property and this embarrassingly started with TV programmes such as Changing Rooms! Having started his career in 2007 with Foxtons, Peter was quickly promoted to a managerial role, spending 4 years specialising in the Surrey market focussing mainly on Guildford, Woking, Kingston and Weybridge. Peter joined Curchods in 2016 to manage the newly opened Walton Lettings Office and expand the branches portfolio and presence. Born and bred in Godalming where he has remained mainly throughout the course of his life, Peter enjoys his downtime, but having just been blessed with a newborn baby, quiet times are now non-existent!.
