Azman Bin Kassim has graduated from a reputable educational institution of International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) in 2015 and a Lec Legum Baccalaureus (LLB) (Hons) and also managed to uphold his second professional degree holder ie, the Lec Legum Baccalaureus Shariah (LLB.S). He then commenced his Pupillage at Messrs. Zainuri & co, Alor Setar, Kedah, in the chamber of Mr. Mohd Zainuri bin Mohamad Zahir. During his pupillage, he had widely exposed in running down/ accident works especially on contested matters. Besides, he has been trained in drafting course papers including replaying statement of claim, affidavit and preparing submission. He also has been given the opportunity to appear in the lower court and the high court's chambers representing the clients.
Azman was called to the Bar on Jun 2017 and has joined Messrs. Sabri & Co, Penang as litigation Legal Assistant majoring in Banking Litigation and attend several general litigation works covering mostly the Northern area and also the Kl and Shah Alam Court. He then was appointed as Salaried Partner as well as the Head of Litigation Department for Penang Branch.
Azman has appeared and assisted Senior Counsel in the lower courts, High Courts of Malaysia and frequently renders opinions to various corporations and organisations locally and abroad in the areas of law above. Azman is also active in participating the Sport Bar competition and severally joined the Malaysia Bar Games which he participated in Tennis, Badminton, Football and Futsal.
Azman joined Messrs Amrullah & Amin in 2020 and his area of practice primarily revolves around civil and general litigation. Throughout his practice he has handled disputes relating to amongst others the following matters: banking, probate, land, tenancy as well as tortious claims in respect of personal injury and defamation.
