Have you ever felt stuck and not quite sure what to do next? At Anew Therapeutic Services, we help clients that feel stuck learn tools to "anew" or begin again. We believe in focusing on the whole person. This includes mental, emotional, physical and spiritual health. Our spiritual health is just as important as our mental health. As a result, christian therapy can be offered upon request where we incorporate spiritual principles with practical solutions... At Anew Therapeutic Services our goal is to work with individuals and couples to build self-awareness, identify areas of struggles and build on strengths by developing healthy coping skills to be implemented in their everyday lives... The first appointment will be an assessment consisting of information gathering. Sessions are 50 minutes long. We will discuss your need for services in more depth. This is an opportunity to share what's on your mind so that you and your Therapist can develop goals and a plan of action to work..
