Andrea Medina

Andrea leads the Corporate Department of the Firm with a vast experience in advising on corporate law issues. She also co-leads the Mergers & Acquisitions Department of the Firm, having participated in some of the most important M&A projects in the country. In addition, she has taught courses to professionals in her specialty and has acted as a financial controller of associative entities, designated in such quality by the Ministry of Education and Culture. Lawyer, (University of the Republic). Master in Business Law (University of Montevideo). In her experience as a specialist in corporate law issues, she has advised national and foreign companies and business families on corporate law matters, standing out due to their complexity, corporate restructures, patrimonial recompositions, share syndication agreements. In her extensive experience with mergers and acquisitions of companies, she has participated in operations in various market sectors such as insurance, food industry, private security, pharmacies, airports and software, among others. Moreover, she was part of the teaching team of Commercial Law of the University of the Republic. In addition, she has taught courses for professionals, senior executives and management personnel on topics of her specialty, highlighting the course "Legal and Fiscal Aspects of the Heritage of Corporations" co-dictated with Dr. Sebastián Arcia.

Dolores Storace

Dolores leads the Labour Law and Social Security Department, with broad experience in consultancy services on individual and collective Labour Law. Lawyer, (University of the Republic). Dolores is an expert in Labour and Social Security Law, both in consultancy and litigation. She has actively participated in the field of collective negotiation, both at company level and at the Salary Council. She has also taken part in important restructuring personnel processes, as well as due diligence processes required for mergers and acquisitions.

Marcelo Amorin

Marcelo is an associate consultant of the firm, with a wide experience in Private and Corporate Law. He is a well-known University professor, both nationally and abroad, being invited by Brazilian and Spanish Universities to teach classes in postgraduate courses. In addition, he has represented Uruguay in numerous national and international scientific events. Due to his specialty, he has a vast experience in contentious matters. Moreover, he has acted as a financial controller of associative entities, designated in such character by the Ministry of Education and Culture. Lawyer, (University of the Republic). Master in Business Law (University of Montevideo). Professor in charge of the courses of "General Theory of Contract and Civil Responsibility" (Obligations) and of "Contracts", at the University of the Republic. Also, he is professor in charge of the course of Cooperative Law and national reference in the matter, having advised several Cooperatives, Cooperative Corporations and similar entities in various fields (consumption, savings and credits, health, etc.).
