The ASLP-IC Commission has established rules and bylaws to implement the compact. Committees meet on a regular basis and are open to the public. You can find more information here... The ASLP-ICC is not yet issuing compact privileges to practice. Throughout 2024, the Commission is working with developers to create the necessary data system to receive applications, provide interstate data communications, and issue privileges to practice. It is anticipated that the ASLP-ICC will begin issuing compact privileges to practice in late summer 2025.
