Sally McDow is one of Australia's leading culture and reputation experts with in-depth legal, corporate governance and whistleblowing program expertise. Sally has 20 years' experience managing culture, reputation whistleblowing, risk and compliance issues across multiple sectors in Australia, North America, the Cayman Islands and Europe and has worked on international regulatory investigations relating to Sarbanes Oxley, Bribery and Corruption and Anti Money Laundering.
Sally was admitted as a solicitor in Queensland, obtained an MBA from Simon Fraser University Canada, holds a diploma of corporate governance from the Chartered Company Secretaries Institute, is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a SAI Global qualified internal auditor. Sally is the Director of the advisory firm Culture, Performance, Reputation Partners. Sally is also part of the Your Call team providing whistleblowing program training and advisory services to organisations across Australia.
Sally was the first whistleblower in Australia to bring a legal action in the Federal Court of Australia in 2016 using whistleblower protections under the Corporations Act.

Verghese began his career in the Australian telecommunications industry where he advanced through the ranks of senior professional and management positions. He worked in corporate safety and environment, business unit risk management, carrier facilities access and building services design and construction delivery. He was accountable for delivering the critical building infrastructure core to some of the largest network rollouts seen in Australia's Telco industry.
Since establishing FMevolution in 2007, Verghese has continued to design and manage the delivery of world-leading data centres for clients such as Woolworths, Pacnet (now Telstra), DXC.technology, Metronode and AirTrunk. He specialises in modular bespoke designs that maximise prefabrication off-site to expedite on-site construction; and working only on projects that push the boundaries of energy, water and capital efficiency.
