Elizabeth Holmes,, ARNP Elizabeth Holmes is the founder of Bywater Medical Consultants PLLC in Mount Vernon, Washington. She has spent 19 years in the field of psychiatry. Elizabeth is a graduate of Washington State University and the University of Washington. Although her medical model is assessment and diagnosis she also assesses the whole person's physical, mental, emotional and support systems from a holistic paradigm.
Elizabeth is a nationally, accredited Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) credentialed to work in the states of Washington, Idaho and Montana as a mental health professional. She is licensed to assess, diagnose, treat and prescribe to help you achieve optimal mental health.
