Chip acquired diverse blasting and coating experience across a variety of project types including: military wharfs, power houses, coal fire plants, locks, dams, and bridges. Evonne brings knowledge and experience of taxation and small business finance to C3's Board of Directors. With nearly a dozen years serving as a tax practitioner, she calls Knoxville home for her family and her tax firm, 5-Star Holdings, Inc. With a specialty niche in serving the tax, bookkeeping, and payroll needs of small business, she also has a concentration on serving military members around the globe and resolving complex tax matters before the IRS. In addition to her tax practice, she also believes in educating on the subject of taxation in the community, and teaches tax courses in the noncredit dept. at the University of Tennessee-Knoxville.
Josh Valentine is a residential construction painter. He started painting in 2005 and has since continued his journey in the world of construction painting until 2020. He has extensive knowledge of painting and surface prep, as well as is certified in lead removal. Through employment at C3 Industrial he has engaged in numerous training sessions and webinars in coatings application and business etiquette. Josh assists our Estimating Department by performing takeoffs for each project bid and assists in the Field by laboring on jobs awarded. He is a graduate of Seymour High School with no formal degree but has a willingness to continue his on the job training and continuing education. Josh just recently became a member of the C3 Industrial team and is looking forward to providing a satisfactory experience for his costumers and business members alike. Josh Valentine is located in Seymour, TN.
Kathi is a lifelong Tennessean with an associate degree in Business Management from Roane State Community College. Kathi comes to C3 Industrial with over 20 years Training, Document Control, and auditing experience.
Kelly has the construction industry flowing in her bloodline. With years of observing her family's business and then her own personal involvement in that business, she decided it was time to begin her own legacy. Teaming with her husband whose specialty is in industrial painting, blasting & coating, she founded C3 Industrial. Kelly's desire for her small, woman-owned business is for it to become recognized across the nation as a company that strives for excellence.
Logan is a part of the C3 Industrial team with over 10 years of experience in a diverse range of construction trades. He acquired his blasting and coating experience with C3 Industrial and continues to develop his skills and grow with the company. He has lead the work force on a large project at Kennedy Space Center over the last 2 years and is a vital part of our Management Team in Field Operations.
