Mr. Laxmanan joined Center Rock Capital Partners in 2018. He brings 14 years of private equity and investment banking experience.
Prior to joining Center Rock, Mr. Laxmanan was a Senior Associate at Wynnchurch Capital, where he worked from 2012 to 2017, and an Analyst with Moelis & Company from 2010 to 2012.
Mr. Laxmanan has a B.B.A in Finance and Accounting from the University of Michigan.
Mr. Laxmanan currently serves on the Board of Directors of LINC Systems, Signature Systems, The Merit Distribution Group, and Mark Andy, Inc.
Mr. Laxmanan is an avid University of Michigan sports fan and can be found most fall Saturdays tailgating in Ann Arbor with his wife and Bernedoodle.

Mr. Matthews joined Center Rock Capital Partners in 2017. He brings close to 20 years of private equity, restructuring and operations experience.
Prior to joining Center Rock, Mr. Matthews was Director of Corporate Development at Cooper Standard, and a Vice President with Wynnchurch Capital from 2012 to 2016. Prior to Wynnchurch Mr. Matthews held positions at Clearview Capital, Conway MacKenzie and General Motors.
Mr. Matthews has a B.S. in Engineering from Harvard University, a Master of Engineering from the University of Michigan and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Mr. Matthews currently serves on the Board of Directors of American Piping Products and TAG Manufacturing.
Mr. Matthews lives in the Detroit area and enjoys spending his free time with his wife and three children (and one career change Leader Dog).

Mr. Conway was a four-year letterman on the Wake Forest Baseball team and enjoys boating, skiing and spending time with his wife, his two children, and their German Shepherd.

Mr. Theodore joined Center Rock Capital Partners in 2017 and has over 30 years of private equity and finance experience with a focus on investments in industrial businesses under-going change to improve strategic or operational performance. Mr. Theodore, along with the other Partners, is responsible for all major aspects of the firm's management and investment process.
Prior to joining Center Rock in 2017, Mr. Theodore was a Partner at Wynnchurch Capital from 2004 to 2016 and a member of the firm's investment committee. Prior to Wynnchurch Mr. Theodore held positions with Questor Management Company, Kidd Kamm & Company, Bear Stearns and Credit Suisse.
Mr. Theodore has a B.A. in Business-Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).
Mr. Theodore currently serves on the Board of Directors of American Piping Products, LINC Systems, The Merit Distribution Group, Signature Systems Group, TAG Manufacturing, Eastern Wholesale Fence, FLANDERS, and Mark Andy, Inc., as well as a member of the Strategic Planning Committee for Beaumont Health Systems, and the Investment Committee of the Board of Trustees for The Cranbrook School. Mr. Theodore has historically served on the Boards of Directors of Burtek, Fabco Holdings, Henniges Automotive, Highway Technologies, Humanetics ATD, Indiana Limestone, JAC Products, Latham Pools, Northstar Aerospace, SafeWorks, US Manufacturing, US Pipe, VistaPro and Wolverine Advanced Materials.
Mr. Theodore was a four year letterman on the UCLA Football team and enjoys spending his free time fishing, hiking and with his wife Linda and their four children (and one giant dog).
