Augustine heads Finance and Accounts Department of Central Microfinance. He has extensive and significant experience in the financial sector. He is a Chartered Accountant and Certified Microfinance Practitioner. He holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration (banking and finance) from Pentecost University and student member of Chartered Global Investment Analyst (CGIA).
Augustine has a rich experience in every department of the banking sector, making him a valuable asset of the company. Prior to joining Central Microfinance, he worked with Bessfa Rural Bank for five years, where he rose through the ranks to become Internal Audit Manager.

Dorinda is a non- Executive member of the Board. She holds a Bachelors degree in Economics and Sociology from University of Cape Coast and a post graduate diploma certificate from GIMPA.
She is currently a Deputy Director at Accra Metropolitan Assembly in charge of Human Resource planning and development, co-ordinating assessments for the Assemblies and general administrative role for the Metropolitan Assembly. Her varied experience in Human Resource and administration roles helps to sharpen the Human resource function of the Organisation.
Matthew Ehumah holds a diploma in Business Studies from Trans African College and currently pursuing a Chartered Insurance Course. He is currently an Accounts Executive at Willis Towers Watson Company Ltd.
He previously worked with Crown Insurance as a Business Development Manager in charge of development, marketing and insuring of complex risks. His experience on risk assessment and mitigation helps with credit risk assessment and management of the Company.

Mr Abu Sadat Danjumah is the head of Operations of CMF. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree Accounting from University of Professional Studies.
He is also a certified Micro finance practitioner. Mr. Danjumah has been in this position for four years. Prior to this role, he worked as a Relationship officer with Express Savings and Loans Company, managing clients accounts and the branch's portfolio.
Mr Daniel Kwaku Addo is the Board Chairman of Central Microfinance Ltd (CMF). He holds a Bachelor of Sceince degree in Physics from KNUST and has been in private business since.
He is an astute Businessman and currently the CEO of Menaba Company Ltd. He is involved in the general Management of his Company which is into Books publishing, importation and sale of Textiles and linoleum as well as Real Estate Development and Management. His Real Estate business focuses on both Residential apartments in prime locations within Cantonments and Commercial properties within the Central Business district of Accra. He has successfully managed these businesses SINCE 1987. He possesses strong managerial skills, negotiation skills, banking-customer relationship skills as well as good personnel development skills which he brings to board. He is also a founding member of Central Microfinance Ltd.

Mr. Apomah is currently the Anti Money Laundering Officer of the Company. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce and MBA(Finance) from the University of Cape Coast.
He is also a student member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. His previous work experience has been in Accounting, preparation of financials, monthly financial reporting, developing and implementation of procedures and controls , cash budgeting and cash flow management etc. His last employment was the Head of Finance and Administration at Paradigm Security Services.

Mr. Jonathan Quarshie holds a Bachelor of Management Studies and a Masters in Business Administration(Finance) from the University of Cape Coast.
He is also a certified Micro finance practitioner. Mr Quarshie has over six years working experience with Central Microfinance Ltd as the Head of Credit. He previously worked the M. T Microfinance as a branch Manager, managing the general operations of the branch. Mr. Quarshie held a similar position with WBV Financial Services Ltd. also a Branch Manager. His wide experience in banking operations, credit management and monitoring have propelled the credit department of CMF as a formidable Institution.

Mrs. Rebecca Addo is an Executive member of the Board. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and a diploma in Education from University of Cape Coast and a Master of Business Administration (Finance) form University of Ghana Business School.
She is also a Certified Microfinance practitioner. She has over ten years working experience with Prudential Bank Ltd with experiences in banking operations, Treasury Management, and Credit administration. She served in these various capacities till she resigned in 2008 as the Deputy Manager in charge Credit at the Head office branch. She has since 2008, managed CMF as the CEO positioning the Company in a reputable light striving to become the best Microfinance Company in the country.

Theresa Oboshie- Koko is a non- Executive member of the Board. She holds a Bachelors degree in Commerce and diploma in Education from University of Cape Coast and a Masters Degree in Business Administration (Finance) from the Henley Business School, University of Reading, UK.
She is currently the Area Finance Manager at Baj Freight and Logistics Gh Ltd. responsible for the completeness of all Financial and Statutory reporting, proposing and implementing new business processes implementing and re-engineering strategies to ensure business growth sustainability. She also has previous working experiences as the Chief Accountant at Swiss Port Ghana Ltd and Aviance Ghana Ltd. Her wide experiences are in the region of Finance and Accounting.
