In 2020, 63.5 percent of the global population will be 40 years old or younger. Generation Z, those among us born after 1998, will soon outnumber the millennials, those born between 1980 and 1997. Members of Generation Z are now turning eighteen years old, and will begin to be voices on college campuses, in the workplace, and in the voting booth.
