Compassionate Family Care LLC is a Sponsored Residential Placement Service. We seek single caregivers or private families who are open to having an adult with developmental disabilities live in their home and provide daily direct care as a valued family member... Our Sponsored Family or Individual, also known as Sponsored Professional Managers, are experienced caregivers who welcome our clients into their homes, making them an integral part of their family. Sponsors have the flexibility of providing more one-on-one attention and more opportunities for community integration. Our Sponsors complete required training and maintain all necessary certifications in compliance of the State of Virginia regulations. These Sponsors enthusiastically manage, guide, supervise, advocate, and oversee various activities related to our clients. Ensuring a safe and structured environment, our clients are nurtured with joy, kindness, love, and gentleness.
