CONFLUENCE MEDIATION

Abdallah received his formal training from MWI, one of the highest rated mediation agencies in the nation. His training is in accordance with the Massachusetts General Laws ch.233 § 23C, as well as the Collaborative Practice neutral from IACP. Further he has been trained in various conflict resolution models, facilitations and negotiations, as well as, the sociocracy facilitation, interest based negotiations, inclusive listening, NVC, and long term care ombudsman training.
