DIDCOCK AND SON

Didcock and Son was started by Stuart and his father when Didcock Brothers closed in 2006. Didcock Brothers was a family run business, established by Stuart's Great Grandfather, Ernest Didcock in 1920 at Dowies Mill, Cramond, Edinburgh. As business increased it moved to bigger premises at Gorgie Road and the business has passed down the generations from father to son. In 2006, the business down-sized when two partners decided to retire. The premises at Gorgie Road was sold and the business was renamed as Didcock and Son, with Stuart and his father as business partners. Since then Stuart's father has also retired and so Stuart has been joined by his sister, Carol Telford, and Dan Turner... Didcock and Son Upholstery is a long standing family business which is now located at The Old Stables at Campend Farm on the outskirts of Edinburgh.
