Anjan Kumer Roy FCA is a Director and a Lead Consultant of Dhaka Consulting Limited. He qualified as a chartered accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB) and holds an MBA and BBA in Accounting & Information Systems from Faculty of Business Studies (FBS), University of Dhaka with distinction of Dean Honours List. He has also obtained Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Information Technology from IIT, Jahangirnagar University and obtained training on Advance Business Valuation Techniques from Business Valuation International, London, UK.
Anjan has worked as a Partner of Mak & Co., Chartered Accountants that representing SFAI, USA and also worked as a founder partner of ARUN & ANJAN, Chartered Accountants. Anjan worked as Manager Audit & Consultancy of SF Ahmed & Co., Chartered Accountants that represented Ernst & Young (E&Y) in Bangladesh and served multinational and local listed and non-listed bank, non-banking financial institution, manufacturing companies and NGOs.
Anjan has considerable experiences in statutory auditing, internal auditing, audit of compliance status on corporate governance, business valuation, advisory in financial management, risk management and capital adequacy in banking companies, initial public offering and investment management advisory in stock market.
Anjan has also worked as part-time faculty member of Bangladesh Institute of Capital Market (BICM), different colleges under National University. He teaches accounting, audit and financial management. He also served ICAB as an active member in different standing committees.
Sabbir Ahmed FCA is He qualified as a chartered accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB) and holds an M. Com (with Hons.) from the University of Dhaka.
Sabbir worked as Manager Audit & Consultancy at ACNABIN, Chartered Accountants that represented Arthur Andersen in Bangladesh and served multinational and local listed and non listed manufacturing companies including a big conglomerate, UN organisation and NGOs.
Sabbir has considerable experiences in corporate governance, statutory auditing, tax advisory, internal auditing, financial management, business process reengineering, enterprise risk management, implementation of ERP, Supply Chain Management, Business Intelligence systems and ISOs. Sabbir is a faculty member of ICAB. He teaches accounting and information technology. He serves ICAB as an active member in different standing committees. He participates in live TV talk shows and is a regular contributor to national dailies and online portals on Corporate Governance, Economy and Current Affairs.

Tareq worked with most flagship MNCs of Bangladesh and with one of the biggest local Group of Companies. His 15 years of experiences span across different industries with GlaxoSmithKline Bangladesh Ltd. Nokia Emerging Asia, Novartis Bangladesh Ltd., Robi, Unilever and DBL Ceramics. (Pharmaceuticals, Communication Devices, Telecom, FMCG and Heavy Industry).
He is adept in ERP deployment, MIS designs, Change Management, Internal Audit, Risk Management, Business Partnering, Business Planning & Performance Drives, Statutory Accounts, Reporting, and Project Evaluations.
Tareq has a wealth of experience in deployment and maintenance of ERP for many years. He has deployed JD Edwards and Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and worked in SAP environment. These involved in transforming legacy manual processes and upgrading the existing human capital. He has been a true catalyst for such Change Management.
Tareq is a faculty member of ICAB. He teaches Management Information. He also takes part in different recruitment processes and project evaluation competitions as technical resource person.
