Douglas P. Bork

Dr. Bork graduated from The University of Illinois Dental School in 1981, and started in private practice with his father, Dr. Kenneth Bork, the same year. Since earning his D.D.S. degree, Dr. Bork has attended numerous post graduate courses in different fields of dentistry including over 600 hours of training in the treatment of TMJ disorders. His emphasis on patient comfort as well as keeping up-to-date with the latest advancements in dentistry enable him to provide his patients with the best quality care. Dr. Bork has a wide range of experience in different areas of dentistry, from cosmetic and restorative dentistry to surgical treatments and root canal treatments. His approach to your treatment starts with patiently listening to you. Then, after a complete and thorough examination, he reviews and discusses the diagnosis and treatment options with you. Dr. Scott Drucker

Dr. Scott Drucker attended the University of Pennsylvania for both his Bachelors degree in Biology and his DMD degree. He then completed his residency in Periodontics with a Master of Science in Oral Sciences at the University of Illinois at Chicago in 2016 and he is a diplomate in the American Board of Periodontology. Dr. Drucker specializes in rehabilitating patients with periodontal disease and tooth loss; he performs dental implant surgery and gum surgery to restore dental function and health to patients. He is currently a member of the American Dental Association, Illinois State Dental Society, Chicago Dental Society, American Academy of Periodontics, and Academy of Osseointegration. Aside from patient care, Dr. Drucker is working to improve the transparency and efficiency of the dental supply market, and optimize operational workflow in the clinical realm. In his free time, Dr. Drucker enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and reading.

Lori A. Ford-Schaben

Job Titles:
  • Registered Dental Hygienist
Lori graduated from the hygiene school at W. R. Harper College in 1987. She has been working at Dr. Bork's office since 1988. Since graduating from hygiene school, Lori has attended numerous continuing education seminars including "The Velvet Touch" local anesthesia certification for dental hygienists from the College of DuPage. Outside of work Lori enjoys her farmette and keeps quite busy tending to her animals which include horses, dogs, chickens, and a couple of feral cats. She greatly enjoys her work both at home and professionally. "Lori is extremely committed to her patients oral health and wellbeing, and is genuinely fun to be around!" -Dr. Bork
