The need for vertical specialization in the area of finance, taxation, company law and audit to meet the diverse requirements of the trade and industry brought two Chartered Accountants together to pool their individual talents and resources on a partnership basis. The result was the formation of Naik Kotrappa & Associates, a firm of Chartered Accountants in the year 1993. which is having three partners at present, after addition of another partner in the year 2010... We also have a net-working relationship with another Bangalore based firm M/s VBS & Company which has 4 partners. The firm specilises in indirect taxes like Central exercise, Service Tax & customs.
