Hi, I'm Keri Lynn. I have been working in the field of nutrition as a Dietitian for over 20 years in an array of professional settings. I became disheartened by conventional nutrition approaches that failed to lead my patients to a healing track. Determined to find the truth in nutrition, I invested in learning the principles of Integrative Medicine and Function Nutrition. This practice re-ignited my spark as a Dietitian and lead me to establishing an integrative private practice, ESSENTIALS OF THE ROOT in 2016. In January 2018, I joined Blum Center For Health in Rye New York. I have since transitioned back into private practice and provide nutrition services to my local community... I am a Registered (RD) and Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist (CDN) licensed in New York and Connecticut. I have worked extensively throughout my career in clinical nutrition and food service management in acute, long term care and substance abuse.
