Claudio Nardone was appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors and an Independent Director in April 2018. Mr. Nardone has over 15 years of experience in investing, commercial banking and he has managed several corporate financial transactions, operations in the capital market and direct investment in private equity. Currently, he is a member of the Board of Directors of Fintel Energia Group S.P.A. in the Republic of Italy, while he is a member of the Board of Directors and the Executive Director in the companies Vegagest SGR S.P.A. and SBP S.R.L. Mr. Nardone is the founder and the Executive Director of Weim Holding S.R.L.

Giulio Moreno

Giulio Moreno has been appointed as Independent Member of the Board of Directors in November 2021. After different experiences in two UN agencies from 1986 to 1989, he joined ENI (Italian Oil and Gas company) from 1989 to 1999 with different assignment as the Head of Representative office in Washington D.C., Responsible of the Asian Desk and in charge for multilateral cooperation. Since 1999 till 2017 he served in EBRD (European Bank for Reconstruction and Development) in different roles such as Head of Mission in Albania, Kosovo, B&H and Montenegro as well as responsible for merge and acquisition in Western Balkans for equity participations in financial institutions based in London. From 2018, he joined the Supervisory Board of PBZ (Banca Intesa in Croatia) and from October 2018 until July 2021 he served as Regional Advisor for BIB (Banca Intesa Serbia).

Tiziano Giovannetti is the CEO of the Company since 2007, and since April 2018 he has been a member of the Board of Directors and the Executive Director of the Company. He has extensive experience in developing wind power projects and he is the CEO of the following companies: MK-Fintel Wind a.d. Beograd, MK-Fintel Wind Holding d.o.o. Beograd, Vetroparka Kula d.o.o. Beograd and Energobalkan d.o.o. Beograd. In the Republic of Italy, he is the founder, member of the Board of Directors and Executive Director of Fintel Energia Group S.P.A, while in Agroenergie societa agricola SRL, he holds the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors. In the companies GIGA S.R.L., MinIeolica Marchigiana S.R.L., Bore Chienti S.R.L., Pollenza sole S.R.L. and Civita Energy SRL, Energogreen Renewables S.R.L. and Fintel Gas e luce SRL, he performs the functions of the Executive Director.
