Audrey WEIGEL

Job Titles:
  • Chief Financial and Administrative Officer
After obtaining her Master's degree in Management and Business Administration, Audrey began her career in the agricultural sector and renewable energies. Audrey joined DSNA Services (now France Aviation Civile Services) in November 2015, where she contributes to the implementation and development of international projects. As Chief Financial and Administrative Officer, she is responsible for the development and implementation of the financial management strategy.

Erika VARGA

Job Titles:
  • Administrative Assistant
She has a Bachelor's degree in Business Tourism and Events and a Higher education Diploma in Human Resources Assistant. She joined the Aviation Civile Services as an administrative assistant, where she manages and follows up on technical and personnel files, her area is especially accompanying experts in the execution of their mission abroad. She prepares and organizes the logistics of various professional events. She participates in the external communication of the company.

Farid ZIZI

Job Titles:
  • Director
Before joining DSNA Services (now France Aviation Civile Services), Farid was Senior Advisor to the French DGAC/STAC. From 2014 to 2016, Farid has been President of the ICAO Air Navigation Commission and coordinated ANC activities after the 12th Air Navigation Conference. At ENAC, he was Director for Education and Research covering the whole civil aviation scope after the lead of the ATM development. Farid also has been responsible for requirements and maintenance operations of ATM systems after having been Deputy Director of Bordeaux ACC.

Jean-Pierre ASSEMAT

Job Titles:
  • Database Manager
Jean-Pierre is an expert in scientific and technical data managing, graduated from Toulouse University. He start working in documentation centers of several Universities, including ENAC between 2014 and 2017. After an experience in the aviation industry, he joined DSNA Services (now France Aviation Civile Services) in January 2019. His mission is to manage, update and develop our air transport databases. Ensuring you always get the most reliable and valuable data for your projects.

Marc ALVAREZ

Marc joined FRACS' team in September 2023. He is your contact for project development in America and South-East Asia. Marc has professional background as air traffic controller; he worked within DSNA organization (French Air Navigation service provider) at Paris CDG, Toulouse Blagnac and Paris Le Bourget airports. After starting as operational staff he occupied different management jobs often related to ATCO training. He also worked for DSAC (French national supervisory authority for civil aviation) as head of ATCO licencing and ATCO training oversight department. Before becoming full time FRACS member, Marc has participated to different international cooperation projects for example in Haiti.

Marie JAIL

Job Titles:
  • Project Manager
Marie is a project manager. After graduating from ENAC, Marie has worked for 12 years in the airport/airlines industry, in charge of both operational and strategic missions (optimization of ground operations, passengers experience, studies on future airport capacities, business plans for airlines…). Always attentive to customer needs, she joined FRACS recently as project manager and she is in charge of the Asia/Pacific area as well as for AFIS and PAPI drone calibration services.

Mehrdad FARZIN POUR

Job Titles:
  • Database Expert
  • Transport Specialist
Mehrdad is an air transport specialist, following and analysing the evolution of air traffic data for many years. In 1986, he creates the Air Transport Databases in order to gather the traffic results of worldwide commercial aviation. FRACS takes over the management of the ATD databases in 2019 and Mehrdad joins our team, ensuring the transfer and providing his expertise in air transport statistics.

Morgan SIMORRE

Job Titles:
  • Database Manager
Digital Information graduate, Morgan is a information research and processing professional. After having carried out a dematerialized project for AirFrance and a contract with the City of Toulouse, he joined the France Aviation Civile Services team in April 2021. As manager of air transport databases, his role is to guarantee the sustainability and perpetual development of the data collected to certify information relevant to each request.

Mélanie ROQUEFERE

Job Titles:
  • Standard Compliance Administrator
After completing her studies in information and documentation management at the University Paul Sabatier, Melanie worked for 6 years in the aeronautics industry as a database administrator in the certification domain. She has joined DSNA Services (now France Aviation Civile Services) in May 2019 with the objective to develop and administrate new services linked to compliance to ICAO standards in order to support you in your projects to comply with international standards.
