Angela joined the Board of Gregory in 2011 as Finance Director, before taking on operational responsibility for a significant part of the business and then the commercial area. She became Managing Director in 2018. Angela graduated from Cambridge University with a Degree in Pharmacology before training as a Chartered Accountant with Ernst & Young in London. She has worked in a number of global PLCs including Glaxo Smithkline, Elementis and Uniq, holding a variety of Leadership roles in General Management, Change Management and Financial Management. Angela enjoys travelling, studying languages and natural history and is a contributor to wildlife related charities. She follows a number of sports including football and rugby, supporting both West Ham United and the Exeter Chiefs. She lives in South Devon with her husband and two sons.

John took over the company from his father in 1985, having worked overseas for a number of years. As Chief Executive, John has overall responsibility for the Gregory Group. Following his Business Degree at Brookes University, John set sail for Australia and was initially employed by a Japanese container leasing company. John spent many years as a trustee of Devon Air Ambulance. He lives with his family near Exeter and spends much of his spare time enjoying watching sport or playing golf and is a keen supporter of the Exeter Chiefs.

Natasha joined the Group in January 2017 and was invited to join the Management Board in 2019. Natasha has a distinguished HR career that spans over 20 years with a range of companies and sectors including Atkins Plc and Menzies Aviation Plc. Natasha graduated from the University of the West of England with a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management and is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). Natasha lives in Somerset having relocated from the South East where she grew up. Natasha especially enjoys travelling and hopes to visit more places of historic and cultural significance in the future.

Paul joined Gregory in 2011. As part of his role, Paul has responsibility for legal contracts, risk management, compliance, HSEQ, training and driving the sustainability agenda. Paul graduated from Cambridge University with a Degree in Engineering before gaining an MBA at INSEAD in France. He has worked for the global consulting firm AT Kearney as well as for KnowledgePool Group where he was Operations Director and then Chief Executive Officer. Paul has run over 130 Parkruns, regularly visits the gym and occasionally competes in triathlons and half marathons. He is Chairman of his local village hall committee. He lives near Exeter in Devon.

Tim joined Gregory Distribution in 2009 as Transport Business Unit Director. In his current role as Group Transport, CI and Contracts Director, Tim is responsible for the Group's transport and contracts functions as well as customer CI and new business development. Tim started his career working as a Freight Forwarder in Plymouth Docks. He joined Kay Transport in 2000 as the Operations Manager before becoming General Manager in 2009 and progressing to Director in 2012. Tim is passionate about cooking (especially al fresco), the coast and good rugby - he supports Exeter Chiefs. He lives in Cornwall with his wife Allison and two sons.
