AJ joined the Lambert Team in December 2014. AJ's life in the moving industry started while he was in college. When he wasn't in the classroom or playing football, he was moving furniture. He started in the moving business in 1994 in Birmingham AL. AJ moved to Huntsville after graduating from UAB with a bachelor's in social science. Since then he has been an owner-operator to being a part owner of Lambert Relocation Inc. AJ is a family man that loves spending as much time with his family when he is not at work.

Buff joined the Lambert Team in the fall of 2019. After 20-plus years as a contractor, his focus is growth within the Birmingham and Tuscaloosa markets as well as the overall management of the agency. He also is responsible for the scheduling of all operations at our Birmingham location. Buff and his wife, Denise, reside in Birmingham.
Ernest has been with the Lambert Team since March 2015. Ernest has been in the moving industry for 32 years. He started in the business of driving trucks and hauling furniture. After years of driving, he was promoted to operations manager with another company. Now Ernest is managing our 40,000 sqft warehouse, ensuring all our customers' items are handled and stored properly. Ernest is married to his wife, Sandy and lives in New Market, Alabama.

Nate joined the Lambert Team in June of 2014. He started in the moving industry at the young age of fifteen. Nate started in Montgomery Alabama loading trucks for pack crews. He worked his way up to a crew leader, a driver, a salesman, to a manager. Now he is a part owner of Lambert Relocation Inc. Nate Is Married to his wife Tiffany, that lives in Scottsboro AL.

Rob joined the Lambert Team in 2015. His focus is on corporate and commercial opportunities in the Birmingham market. Rob has over 30 years of experience in the moving industry and is considered one of the industry leaders in corporate relocations. Rob and his wife Tina live in Alabaster and enjoy spending time with their grandson.
Tina joined the Lambert Team in April or February of 2016. My 30 years of previous moving experience is with another North American Van Lines agency. She and her husband just celebrated our 31st anniversary. They have 3 children (Ashley, Allison, and Matthew) and one granddaughter, Makynzie. The Woods enjoy camping, boating, and stock car races.
