Mr. Hrushikesh is holding Membership of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He had completed his articleship with Reliance Industries Limited, Mumbai. He was associated with J B Bhave & Co, an eminent Practising Company Secretary firm based in Pune and is an active team member for handling various SEBI compliances such as Secretarial Audit, Share Transfer Audit and Share Reconciliation Audit, Bank Due Diligence, drafting and finalization of terms and conditions for Private Equity Investment in closely held companies and filing of various e-forms covered under Companies Act and FDI Regulations. He has experience in handling various assignments related to preparation, filing and certification of e-forms for creation, modification, and satisfaction of charge with Registrar of Companies all over India.
Mr. Nilesh is a Master of Commerce from the University of Pune and holds membership of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and also completed LLB from the University of Pune. He has completed his articleship with J. B. Bhave & Co. an eminent Practising Company Secretary firm based in Pune and has experience in handling various assignments related to Companies Act, 2013, compliances covered under SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 and Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008. He is also an expert in the drafting of documents and preparation of various contracts and forms required by the corporate world at large. He has adequate experience in conducting Board Meetings and Annual General Meetings of listed and public companies, preparation of Scrutinizers Report, Legal Opinions, preparation and filing of FIRC, FCGPR, FCTRS, FLA under various FEMA regulations.
He has registered various RERA Projects and appeared before the MahaRERA authority for hearing.
