Alexander Schuetz serves as CEO of Knauf Engineering GmbH, an engineering company in the gypsum based construction materials industry. Prior to joining Knauf in February 2009, Dr. Schuetz held various management positions for more than 10 years in Finance, Business Development, Mergers & Acquisitions, Project Management and General Management in the fluid power industry at Mannesmann and Bosch Rexroth, including as CEO of Rexroth Mexico and Central America from August 2000 to August 2007. From 1998 to 2000, he was based in Beijing, China and was responsible for the Finance, Tax and Legal division at Mannesmann (China) Ltd., the holding company for a number of affiliated companies of the Mannesmann Group, including Rexroth, Demag, Sachs and VDO. Dr. Schuetz holds a Ph.D. in international commercial law from the University of Muenster, Germany. In 2003, Dr. Schuetz completed the Robert Bosch North America International General Management Program at Carnegie Mellon University. Dr. Schuetz has served as a Director of the Company since June 2014. With more than 10 years working in the fluid power industry and extensive experience in major growth regions of the world, including Asia and Latin America, Dr. Schuetz brings global insights into markets and customers to Sun.

Billy Aldridge

Billy Aldridge joined FW Murphy as the OEM Sales Manager in 2008 where he grew the marine market. In 2009, FW Murphy merged with EControls, forming Enovation Controls (which was acquired by Helios in 2016.) He proceeded to advance into a Director position in 2015 and then in 2018 moved to the position of VP of Business Development. Mr. Aldridge brings over 21 years of experience in the electronic and operations industry. He started his career with MerCruiser/Mercury, part of the Brunswick Corporation in 2000, where he earned his Lean Six Sigma and worked in many different functional areas including Supply Chain, Program Management & OEM Sales. He has a bachelor's degree in Sociology from Oklahoma State University.

Cariappa (Cary) Chenanda

Cary Chenanda currently serves as the Executive Vice President and President of Novelis North America. Novelis is the world's largest recycler of aluminum and a global leader in providing low-carbon, sustainable aluminum solutions to achieve a fully circular economy by partnering with its suppliers, and customers in North America, Europe, Asia, and South America. Mr. Chenanda leads all aspects of the company's business in North America, which has 15 plants and 4,500 employees serving the beverage packaging, automotive and specialties markets. Prior to Novelis, Mr. Chenanda had been with Cummins Inc. (NYSE: CMI) for 26 years where he most recently was the Vice President of the global Emission Solutions business. In 2012, he established Cummins Electronics and in 2017, he oversaw the unification of the Cummins Electronics and Cummins Fuel System Businesses into one combined business. From 2009 to 2012, Mr. Chenanda was Executive Director for Global OE Sales and was responsible for new product development at Cummins Filtration in Nashville, TN. From 2007 to 2009, he was the General Manager for the Cummins-Scania Fuel Systems Joint Venture and managed the Fuel Systems startup in Wuhan, China. Between 1998 and 2007, Mr. Chenanda had roles with increasing responsibility in engineering, marketing and purchasing within the Engine Business. Before joining Cummins, Mr. Chenanda worked for Ecolab and for Robert Bosch. He is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt and Certified Sponsor, as well as a Certified Purchasing Manager, and holds seven U.S. patents. Mr. Chenanda currently also serves on the Industry Advisory Council for Texas A&M's Mechanical Engineering.

Diana Sacchi has been a Director of the Company since June 2022. Ms. Sacchi brings more than 25+ years of global human resources expertise in addition to being an experienced leadership coach. She currently is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Grameen America, a non-profit micro-finance organization dedicated to helping entrepreneurial women living in poverty build businesses to enable financial mobility. Previously, Ms. Sacchi has served as the Executive Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer at Welbilt, a global food services equipment manufacturer. She also served as Vice President of Human Resources North America for LG Electronics USA. Earlier in her career, Ms. Sacchi progressed through leadership roles in human resources at Avon Products, Bristol-Myers Squibb and the United Nations Development Program. Diana holds a B.A. in Psychology from Texas Woman's University and M.Ed. & MA in Psychological Counseling & Organizational Psychology from Columbia University. She is fluent in English, Spanish and Italian.

Douglas Britt - Chairman

Doug Britt has been a Director of the Company since December 2016. In May of 2020, Mr. Britt became President and Chief Executive Officer of Boyd Corporation, a global leader in engineered materials and thermal management solutions. Previously, he served as President of the Integrated Solutions division of Flex Agility (NASDAQ: FLEX), a leading sketch-to-scaleā„¢ solutions company that provides innovative design, engineering, manufacturing, real-time supply chain insight, and logistics services to companies of all sizes in various industries and end-markets. From May 2009 to November 2012, Mr. Britt served as Corporate Vice President and Managing Director of Americas for Future Electronics, and from November 2007 to May 2009, he was Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales, Marketing, and Operations for Silicon Graphics. From January 2000 to October 2007, Mr. Britt held positions of increasing responsibility at Solectron Corporation, culminating his career there as Executive Vice President, and was responsible for Solectron's customer business segments including sales, marketing and account and program management functions. Mr. Britt earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from California State University, Chico, and attended executive education programs throughout Europe, including at the University of London. As an executive at multinational companies, Mr. Britt has extensive global mergers and acquisition experience, global manufacturing and supply chain expertise and a deep understanding of customer relationships and leading a global business.

Jean-Pierre "JP" Parent

JP Parent joined the Company through the acquisition of the Balboa Water Group in November 2020. He has more than 35 years of managerial experience in international companies. After moving his family from France in 1988, he served in an executive capacity. His areas of focus included planning, developing and executing innovative solutions to address the strategic business plans of global organizations. Before joining this industry in 2002, Mr. Parent worked 19 years for the Zodiac group in various positions. Serving as Quality Assurance Manager, Plant Manager and Executive Vice President, he led the turnaround of newly acquired subsidiaries and instilled operating discipline in the organization. Born in Paris, Mr. Parent is bilingual and received a MS in Aeronautical Engineering at the E.N.S.M.A. in Poitiers, France and a certificate in marketing from Stanford University.

Jeremy Evans - VP

Jeremy Evans joined the Company in January 2024 with over 25 years of operational and financial management experience. Before joining Helios, Mr. Evans spent 25 years with Tech Data (now TD SYNNEX). His responsibilities scaled with Tech Data over the decades across logistics, procurement, sales operations, finance, and accounting. He held various positions including being the Controller for various U.S. operations through operating at a global level responsible for financial consolidations and worldwide budget processes, as well as transformation of the global accounting processes and systems. While there, he also had overseas assignments for several years in different financial operational roles. He began his career with Tropicana where he worked in operations. He earned his B.A double major in Math and Spanish from Eckerd College and an M.B.A. from the University of Sarasota, along with being a current Certified Public Accountant from the state of Florida.

Laura Dempsey Brown - Chairman

Chair of the Board; Senior Vice President, Communications and Investor Relations retired - W.W. Grainger, Inc. Laura Dempsey Brown joined the Helios Board of Directors in April 2020. During her tenure, she has served as both the Chair of the Audit Committee and, most recently, ESG Committee and has been a member of the most recent CEO search committee. Ms. Brown retired in 2018 from W.W. Grainger, Inc. (NYSE: GWW), a leading broad line supplier of maintenance, repair and operating products after 19 years. She was the Senior Vice President, Communications and Investor Relations since 2010. Previously Ms. Brown served as Vice President of Marketing, and she also led the strategy development and operational execution of Grainger's multi-year market expansion initiative focused on the top 25 U.S. metro markets. In addition, Ms. Brown served as the Vice President of Finance for Grainger's field sales, operations, marketing and e-business functions. Prior to joining Grainger, Ms. Brown was a Vice President at Alliant Foodservice and at Dietary Products at Baxter. She began her career at Baxter in 1985, focusing primarily on financial roles in the distribution and manufacturing businesses. She graduated from Indiana University with a bachelor's degree in accounting and obtained designation as a CPA. Ms. Brown is a member of The Chicago Network, The International Women's Forum, and served on the board of Make-A-Wish Illinois for six years, including two years as board chair. She is also a member of the dean's council of the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.

Lee Wichlacz

Lee Wichlacz joined the company in December 2022. Prior to joining the Company, he had served as the Group Vice President and General Manager - Americas, at Welbilt, Inc. In that role he led the Americas product lines as well as its global manufacturing, supply chain, technology, and new product introduction teams. At Welbilt, Mr. Wichlacz served in multiple leadership roles throughout his tenure. This includes Senior Vice President Canada Region and Managing Director, Cleveland, Garland and Lincoln; Senior Vice President Product Management and Engineering, and Managing Director, Manitowoc Ice; Senior Vice President Global Operations and Procurement; Vice President and General Manager, Manitowoc Ice. Prior to joining Welbilt in 2007, Mr. Wichlacz spent 21 years with the Healthcare Division of General Electric. He began his career as a design engineer and progressed to various engineering and operations roles, including executive management. He was directly involved in designing and manufacturing digital X-ray, mammography, angiography, cardiology, and computed tomography (CT) equipment. During his career, Mr. Wichlacz has directly led global engineering and operations teams in the United States, Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Japan, China, and India. Lee has extensive experience in the areas of global expansion, profitable growth, operational excellence, new product innovation, and team building. Mr. Wichlacz earned a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville and holds a master's degree in mechanical engineering from Marquette University. He is a certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt and holds several patents in both the healthcare and foodservice industries.

Marc A. Greenberg - Chief Legal Officer

Marc Greenberg joined Helios in 2021 and brings over 15 years of legal experience to the Company. He currently serves as the General Counsel and Secretary for the organization and its subsidiaries. He is responsible for managing the legal and compliance activities of the enterprise on a global basis. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Greenberg previously had been General Counsel of Diversified Maintenance Systems, LLC and prior to that was Associate General Counsel to Welbilt Corporation (NYSE: WBT). Prior to his corporate experience, Mr. Greenberg was a litigation attorney in the New York/New Jersey area. He graduated from Muhlenberg College in Allentown, PA with a degree in Economics and has a Juris Doctorate degree from Nova Southeastern in Davie, FL, as well as an MBA from Louisiana State University.

Matteo Arduini

Matteo Arduini was appointed General Manager of Faster S.r.l. in 2018, after having served as Faster's Chief Financial Officer beginning in April of 2018. From September 2012 to April 2018, Mr. Arduini was with Brevini /Dana Incorporated (NYSE: DAN). He served as the CFO of the Brevini Group and the project leader in Dana's acquisition of Brevini Group. For one and a half years after the acquisition, he served as Head of Finance in Dana Brevini Italy. Mr. Arduini graduated from the University of Parma in 1998 with a degree in Economics and gained professional experience through roles at Ernst & Young, Ferrari Cars and Technogym.

Rick Martich

Rick Martich joined Enovation Controls in 2006 and progressed from managing customer service and quality, through leading global manufacturing, to operations and international sales. Mr. Martich was promoted to his current role in April 2023. He has over 25-years of leadership experience in engineering, manufacturing, finance and sales. Mr. Martich began his career in 1994 as a process/project engineer with PPG Industries. He went on to The Boeing Company where he led Lean Manufacturing activities on the 777 Floor Beam value stream and implemented Toyota Production System concepts & tools. He then spent time with Level 3 Communications where he progressed through a variety of roles across finance, engineering and services. He earned his Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering degree from Georgia Tech and his MBA from The University of Tulsa with a focus in finance. A Six-Sigma Black Belt, Rick is also a Gemba & Distribution Kaizen Coach.

Sean Bagan - CEO, CFO, President

Sean Bagan was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer on January 6, 2025. He joined as Chief Financial Officer of Helios on August 9, 2023, and was named Interim President and Chief Executive Officer effective July 8, 2024. Before joining Helios, Mr. Bagan spent 23 years at Polaris Inc., a global leader in powersports and off-road innovation. With extensive financial management leadership experience, Mr. Bagan brings more than 20 years of international business, strategic financial operations, and leadership experience. His responsibilities scaled with Polaris over the decades in operational finance, international sales, product segments, acquisitions and corporate finance and treasury. In addition to financial management positions, his roles included general management and operational oversight for U.S. and global businesses. He earned his B.A. double major in Accounting and Management from St. John's University in Minnesota and began his career with Arthur Andersen, LLP. Mr. Bagan also holds a General Management Certificate from Cambridge University's Judge Business School in England, along with a Certified Public Accountant (Inactive) Certificate from the state of Minnesota.

Tania Almond

Tania Almond joined the Company in August 2020 with over 25 years of experience. She has led investor relations, corporate communication and competitive intelligence for companies including W. R. Grace (NYSE:GRA), GXS/OpenText (NASDAQ:OTEX), Sourcefire (NASDAQ:FIRE), WiderThan (NASDAQ:WTHN), and NeighborCare (NASDAQ:NCRX). Most recently, she worked in investor relations with the Fortune 100 company Tech Data (NASDAQ:TECD), taken private by Apollo Global Management in June 2020. She has led companies through five initial public offerings (IPOs) / spin-outs in the lead investor relations role. In addition, Ms. Almond worked in the IR role with the "acquired" company five times. At the start of her career, she was an equity analyst with Legg Mason Wood Walker, Inc. for close to six years following the telecommunication, technology, and healthcare sectors. She earned a B.A. in Business with a concentration in Computer Information Systems from Notre Dame of Maryland University and an M.B.A. in Finance from The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School.
