INTECH - Key Persons
Alena Kuramshyna has more than 11 years of operational experience, of which for about 4 years she has held leadership positions.
Alena began her procurement career in 2007 at Golden Telecom.
In December 2016, she joined the UMG Investments` team as the Deputy Director for Procurement, and from August 2017. holds the position of INTECH Procurement Director.
Alena's expertise includes the definition and construction of procurement structures and models for all the Company's Assets, the strategic and operational management of the activities of the procurement departments. In addition, Alena has successful experience in implementing transformational changes and introducing automation in procurement, telecommunications, manufacturing, IT, FMCG, mining.
Dmitriy Korostov started his career in the field of logistics in 2011 at VESCO.
In June 2015, Dmitriy joined the UMG Investments` team as Head of the Logistics Division, and since August 2017 he has been the Director of Logistics INTECH.

Dmitriy Verliyenko started his career in 2003 in a small manufacturing company and continued to develop in the team of a leading battery manufacturer Megatex. Then he headed the regional marketing office of LG Electronics for 4 years. In July 2012, he joined the VESCO team as a marketing and sales manager.
Dmytro Shchur joined INTECH team as Strategy Director in March 2020.
Before joining INTECH, he devoted more than 13 years to working at KPMG. He has extensive hands-on experience in advising international and domestic investors operating in metals and mining, energy and utilities, and other sectors in Ukraine, CEE and CIS. He is an expert in M&A, debt restructuring, fundraising / IPO.
Dmytro received a Master's degree in Economic Cybernetics at Taras Shevchenko Kyiv National University. Since 2012, Dmytro is a fellow of the ACCA (the UK).

Grigoriy Eremeev joined the team in May 2018 as Director of Sales Development.
Grigoriy has gained experience in building international sales, developing a retail network and promoting goods in leadership positions for over 12 years.
Prior to joining INTECH, Grigoriy gained experience in international trade, with a focus on disclosure of the export potential of the product in non-traditional sales markets. Previously, he worked at the production company Rosava, where he headed the tire sales in Ukraine, and was also responsible for an ambitious joint project with the world leader in the industry.
Grigoriy graduated from the Odessa National Economic University and the National University of Odessa Maritime Academy.

Maksym Babii has been the Chief Financial Officer of Intech since September 2022. He has over ten years of experience in the area of financial management.
Prior to joining Intech, Maksym worked for Recycling Solutions, Ukrplastic (packaging industry), Phillip Morris Ukraine (tobacco industry), and Deloitte & Touche (finance and audit). His areas of expertise include financial analysis, investment, and risk management.
Maksym Babii is a member of ACCA(FCCA) and a Kyiv National Economic University graduate.

Oksana Nesterova joined the INTECH team in April 2019 as Director of Organizational Development, and since July 2019 she has held the position of HR Director.
Prior to INTECH Oksana more than two years headed the function of training and development in the company JTI Ukraine. She also worked as a head of assessment and development at Metinvest Holding and in other positions in the Metinvest group and for five years gained practical experience in various HR functions. In general, in the field of personnel management, Oksana has 15 years of experience. She is certified as an assessor for such assessment tools as Hogan, MetaBeratung, TEIQ Emotional Intelligence Assessment, Thomas International, Wave Professional Styles, Saville Consulting International, Talent Q.
Oksana received a Master of Psychology at Taras Shevchenko Kiev National University and the specialty of personal and team coaches at Erickson University International.
Sergey Melnychenko began his career in VESCO in 2000 as a Sales Specialist.
In 2007, he was appointed Director of Sales and Logistics at the enterprise.
Since 2013, he joined the UMG Investments team as a Sales Director, and since 2017 he has been serving as the Commercial Director of UMG Investments and the General Director of INTECH. Sergey Melnichenko is also the Chairman of the Supervisory Board at PVP Kryvbasvybukhprom PJSC and Portinvest LLC.
During his career, Sergey gained practical experience in investment, mining, transportation, metallurgy and other industries.
Sergey Melnychenko was trained in several open programs of business schools such as INSEAD and SKOLKOVO, and also received a master's degree in International Economics at Donetsk National University.

Yevgeniy Novozhylov leads the INTECH legal department since November 2018.
He has more than 15 years of legal experience in such business areas as legal services, manufacturing, wholesale/retail, construction, real estate, financial services. During his career, Yevgeniy Novozhylov gained practical experience in large system companies with extensive geography and subsidiaries abroad. He has successful experience in optimizing and describing business processes, implementing internal documents, developing draft regulations, and participating in ACC/EBA working groups. Prior to INTECH, Yevgeniy served as head of the legal support department at Corum Group.
He graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Law of DonNU with a degree in Law and the International University of Finance with a degree in Finance.
