Dane Johnson focuses on film, television and digital content, representing producers, production companies, on-screen talent, and other creators and creative industry clients in an array of entertainment and corporate transactions. He is an entertainment attorney experienced in drafting agreements to realize creative deals, managing complex negotiations, and protecting intellectual property. Along with handling transactions from development through delivery of the final project, structuring new business entities, and advising on literary property acquisitions and other copyright matters, film finance, and the legal aspects of film production, Dane assists film and television production companies in navigating the effects of COVID-19 on entertainment industry employment. He also counsels clients on choosing, searching, and registering trademarks as well as avoiding liability when using them onscreen. Dane enables creative talent to produce more work while avoiding legal problems by providing full-service legal representation and experienced industry perspective.
