L Longo Realty Inc., formerly known as Longo Investment Inc., and Longo Development Inc., was originally founded by Gary Lai in 1980 when he moved from New York to Monterey Park. He established his own brokerage firm to provide services helping both buyers and sellers. Gary started with fix & flips, then single family home developments, and condominium projects. Gary has been in the business for over 35 years because his love and passion for helping people in real estate continues to drive him. Gary is semi-retired now and has passed his knowledge and experience to his kids, whom have all followed in Real Estate. Longo Realty Inc. currently operates under Alex Lai, who continues the legacy and hopes to develop more homes providing opportunities for the masses.
