Darcy has over twenty years of experience in finance and accounting, from both Seniors Housing and large Medical Hospital networks. She brings a wide variety of leadership and varied skillset; from auditing services, senior leadership consulting, risk management, process improvements, system conversions, treasury functions and financial reporting. Darcy has overseen large accounting teams, and shares a strong commitment to customer service! Darcy received her Bachelor of Arts degree from University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Darcy's attention to detail is the perfect fit at Fields Senior Living.
Dustin brings a hands-on approach of leadership with his experience in the senior housing industry since 1997. Having graduated from Crown College with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration, Dustin has learned the business through broad exposure to every aspect of operations.

Melissa is the principal designer for all of the Fields Senior Living communities and plays an integral part in every aspect of design and planning. Melissa brings experience from three generations of care to create a signature and inviting ambiance where seniors thrive in everyday living.
Michelle comes to Fields Senior Living, with over 15 years experience in the Seniors Housing Industry. Michelle first began her experience on the sales side of our business and quickly moved into operations, where she has helped open communities, oversee day to day operations and built some of the most stable, productive teams for many years. Her strong leadership and tireless passion for excellence, will help provide first class support to our communities that she oversees and make sure our residents get the best care they deserve.

Mike joined Fields Senior Living in May of 2019 with 30 years of Senior Living Operations experience. Spending a majority of those years in the start-ups of New Communities, as well as Culinary Operations. He proudly served in the U.S. Navy and brings this passion of service to the residents of all our communities.
Teri came to Fields Senior Living in 2016 with over 30 years of bookkeeping and real estate management experience. Teri has been involved in various industries with-in real estate, from multi-family housing to single-family rentals. She brings a vast amount of knowledge of housing markets and financial oversight. Teri oversees all Fields Senior Living financial records and resources and monitors financial management throughout the Fields Senior Living Communities.
