MILE HIGH MEAL PREP

Our menu is updated every Friday morning for the following weeks meals. Orders are due Thursday evenings by 9:00 pm for a Monday delivery or pickup. We offer three pickup locations in Aurora, F45 Southlands at 5:30 pm, Hiitsquad off Orchard Road at 6:00 pm and Parker Pour House in Parker from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. We also offer home deliveries on Monday. Please keep in mind for Parker we do not deliver past Stroh Road but Parker Pour House is a great pickup location...
