Peter Bryant is an executive business strategist and recognized thought leader on sustainability, the energy transition and criticality of the minerals value chain, and innovation and digital transformation more broadly. He speaks on these topics extensively at leading conferences and for organizations. He most recently spoke at COP26, the Future Minerals Forum (FMF) 2022 in Saudi Arabia, and CERAweek 2022. Prior to Covid, he spoke at the Baker Hughes 2020 Annual Energy Forward Meeting in Italy and keynoted the New Zealand Prime Minister's 2019 Just Transition to Net Zero Emissions Summit. Peter's opinion pieces have been published in the Journal of Petroleum Technology, Mining Global, and Chief Executive, and he is often quoted in the Wall Street Journal. He has also been interviewed by Bloomberg and CNBC Arabia. Peter sits on the Board of Advisors for two leading VC funds, Chrysalix and Foundamental, along with various emerging tech companies, including Lilac Solutions, Symboticware, and Safe.AI. In addition, he has served on the Innovation Councils for multiple mining and energy companies. He has advised many leading companies around the world, including Anglo American, BHP, Rio Tinto, Teck Resources, JCI, BP, GE O&G, Baker Hughes, Castrol, Edison International, and Goldcorp. Peter is also Co-Founder and Board Chair of the Development Partner Institute, a nonprofit focused on improved social, economic, and environmental outcomes for communities from resource development projects. He is an invited participant in the joint Rockefeller Foundation and Brookings Institute 17 Rooms program, focused on accelerating the 17 UN-established Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). He is also a regular participant of WEF's annual Mine Ministers Summit and the FMF Ministerial Roundtable. Peter co-authored The Growth Champions -The Battle for Sustained Innovation Leadership, published in 2012. He lives in Southern California, having immigrated to the US in 1996 from New Zealand by way of Australia. He has two daughters, one a junior at SMU and the youngest a sophomore in high school. Mr. Bryant holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Administration from Victoria University in Wellington, New Zealand. He holds a CA from the NZ Institute of Chartered Accountants and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Robert Wolcott

Robert Wolcott, PhD, is Co-Founder and Chairman of The World Innovation Network (TWIN), an Adjunct Professor of Innovation at both the Booth School of Business at University of Chicago and the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, and a Board Member with Clareo. Wolcott won Teacher of the Year from Kellogg's EMBA program in 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2017. He serves on advisory boards for the Open Innovation Lab of Norway; H-Farm, the leading technology ecosystem in Italy; and global non-profit Cure Blindness (Himalayan Cataract Project). He is a regular contributor for Forbes on the impact of technology on business, society and humanity. His book with Dr. Michael Lippitz, Grow From Within: Mastering Corporate Entrepreneurship and Innovation (McGraw-Hill, 2010) shares a decade of research and has been published in Chinese and Japanese. Scott Bowman - Managing Director

Scott Bowman brings more than 20 years of consulting and operational leadership experience in sales and marketing, business development, strategic planning, and corporate development (M&A, licensing and partnerships). He has built several businesses and advised companies - from startups to Fortune 1000 firms - in the technology, business services, resources, durables, consumer products, for-profit education and non-profit industries. At Clareo, Scott co-leads Clareo's Corporate Venturing practice area, which is focused on driving innovation, growth and new business creation through partnering with startups & emerging businesses. He has also applied the principles of entrepreneurship and business innovation across a range of contexts - including: Establishing corporate entrepreneurship, venturing & VC programs in corporate & public-sector context New business design and launch for a private, for-profit education business Business model innovation for a global nutrition firm moving from products to services & solutions IP licensing strategy for a technology startup pioneering the wireless power industry Driving growth through new ecosystem partnering models for a leading personal hygiene company Investing in & advising startup businesses through Clareo Capital - Clareo's angel investment arm Prior to Clareo, he led a $50 million business unit for X-Rite Inc., and co-led merger integration planning for the $280M merger with GretagMacbeth, a Swiss company X-Rite acquired in 2006. He has also held multiple leadership positions with Siebel Systems (now Oracle Corp.) overseeing teams responsible for Alliance Business Development, Global Channel Operations, Product Management and WW Sales Operations. From 1999-2001, he helped design, launch and run a startup within the business that grew from $0 to $70M in 18 months. Scott earned his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Outside of his work at Clareo, Scott is on the Board of Trustees for Ada Christian School, and on the Board of Advisors for Partners in Compassionate Care, which built a hospital in South Sudan in 2008 and continues to provide support there. He is also active in mentoring and training entrepreneurs in developing countries and has traveled to Kyrgyzstan to provide strategic planning assistance for emerging businesses in the region.
