Our Mission is to provide superior healthcare and excellent customer service in a professional manner. Every patient entrusted to our care will receive personal attention, expert care and friendly service... Our office is in the Medical Arts Building connected to Lewis County General Hospital. We are located on the 3rd floor, Suite 330. Use the elevator in the main lobby to the third floor and follow the signs to Suite 330. (Same office as Dr. Root & Williams, MDs) We only use this location one or twice a month... Our practice operates an in-house lab that is open from 8:00 A.M - 3:40 P.M. to provide convenient and efficient laboratory services for our patients. (The laboratory times are subject to change due to staffing) The in-house lab is only for our Nephrology patients. We cannot draw any outside lab orders from other Providers per our New York State License.
