A settlement has been reached in a class action lawsuit against Defendant Combined Insurance Company of America (hereinafter "Combined"), about certain insurance policies purchased between August 23, 2014 and September 30, 2016... All policyholders who, between August 23, 2014 and October 1, 2016, were both (a) first issued in West Virginia a new Combined Accident Protector, Accident & Sickness Protector, Cancer Care Protector, and/or Critical Care Protector insurance policy, and (b) were Medicaid recipients at any time during the Class Period and while their Policies were in effect.
