Our desire is to support the overall health of the organizations we work with, their members, and the broader community they serve. We fill in the gaps by providing individualized consulting geared towards high-impact results, developing leadership and capacity towards short and long-term growth and sustainability. We also focus on impacting systems change by supporting partnerships between organizations, and consulting with philanthropic organizations. Our work largely supports low-income communities and communities impacted by systemic oppression, including communities of color, those experiencing homelessness, immigrant/refugee communities, and the LGBTQIA community. We have been working together for over 14 years, and are excited to bring our expertise, creativity, and passion to the right organizations...
