Although Phoundational provides an alternative approach to personal finance, Johnny developed his skills during the course of a traditional career in the field. He was recruited from Hamilton College to join the investment management firm Scudder, Stevens & Clark in Boston. At Scudder-one of the nation's pioneering investment counsel firms-Johnny worked on a team of research analysts and portfolio managers. There, he learned first-hand of the investment needs of individual and institutional clients... Phoundational uses three distinct steps to assist clients. First, Phoundational shares knowledge to help clients understand their complete financial situation. Then, we collaborate to develop a strategy intended to achieve client goals. From that point, Phoundational supports clients as they take action to implement their strategy...
