Kevin grew up in Darien and graduated from Downers Grove High School and then completed his college degree at Eastern Illinois. He has been building custom homes since the early 2000's where his love of real estate and appreciation of architecture began. His eye for detail is sharp and knowledge of development especially in the western suburbs is unmatched. Kevin does most of the initial consultations and works closely with our architect and designer to meet our client's needs. There is no project that is out of his range and expertise.
Also born and raised in Downers Grove, his entire family and children attended Downers Grove schools. Tom went the route of serving the nation in the military for 8 years before returning to the area and landing a job with a leading property damage restoration company. This being his first discipline in building construction, it required strong leadership and problem solving skills. He is still very active in the restoration industry and respected by many of his peers and colleagues for helping to write the Body of Knowledge for the Certified Restorer Program, governed by the Restoration Industry Association. He handles most of the business operations but also manages projects as well and assists Kevin with the large scale projects.
