MBA, a Master of Engineering degree, and 8+ years of leadership experience in fiberglass manufacturing operations. Proven track record of improving productivity, reducing waste and managing cross-border projects while engaging and driving employees towards continuous improvement. Demonstrated aptitude for building and leading high performance multicultural teams to achieve organizational goals and maintain an outstanding quality and safety record. Strong background in 5S with working knowledge of Six Sigma, Kaizen, and Kanban methodologies. English and French fluency.
