Mr Awuni Laud Anthony is a serial entrepreneur with Structured finance,Commercial & investment banking backgrounds.His speciality spans more than 8 years in the areas of ,corporate ,trade and project finance (Private & Public sectors),de-risking projects,conversion of project risk to credit risk.Specialist in the bank off the balance sheet funding techniques. Experience in fund structuring( debt,equity & mezzanine) ,an expert in Insurance Wrapped Project Finance(IWPF).He has also advised and consulted for a number of local and international companies .Mr Awuni Laud Anthony is renewable energy enthusiast and has been a representative for a number of international renewable companies in Ghana.
In 2011,Awuni joined GN Bank has relationship officer and later moved to Unicapital Capital as branch manager. He has also work for AFB Ghana and Credence Microcredit as loan consultant and Credit Analyst repectively.On the international front,Awuni has worked with Fortress Consortium(fortress investment S.A.R.L,Equi Capital Markets S.A.R.L,QU-AM S.A.RL and Electra Group S.A.R.L) all in Luxembourg,National Standard Finance LLC in USA.Keller Industries and Energy,Tennessee USA ,CFHEC China and Trallack UG Germany as consultant.Awuni Laud Anthony is the Chief Operating officer of RAD GROUP OF COMPANIES.
He holds a bachelor degree in Commerce from the University of Cape Cost,Certificate in Entrepreneurship from Maryland University,Project Management principles & Practice certificate from California,Irvine University,Certificate in Excel to MySQL:Analytic technique for Business from Duke University .Business Strategy Certificate from University of Virginia.
Mr. Ransford Awuni, is part-qualified accountant with over four years working experience in the areas of manufacturing,quarry and real estate industires respectively,he is currently undertaking examinations with the association of chartered certified accountants (acca uk), during the course of his professional development, he had the opportunity to join savanna diamond company limited in the northern region of ghana, a member of diamond cement group as an accountant under the direct supervision of a financial controller,a duly chartered accountant from india, he served in that capacity from 2013 to 2015, where he was principally responsible for tax issues of the company, with a sound knowledge in the tax legislation of ghana and a comprehensive understanding of international financial reporting standards, the following were achieved during his turner as an accountant:
Transformation of the company's tax system
Introduction of more efficient tax avoidance sehems
Trained subordinates to work as team towards corporate objectives
Elimination of deficiencies in the financial reporting system through system design and implementation
Timeously divulging accurate and realiable financial information to management
Mr. Ransford Awuni also joined maso quarry limited as accountant and head of the accounts department with additional responsibilities as a member of the senior management team for one year, as part of his remit on the board, he proposed the designed and implementation of a sound system of internal controls,proper accounting procedures aimed at protecting shareholders investment, he is currently the accountant and head of accounts & finance of yabah properties & investment limited responsible for all accounts & finance issues,he is also currently seving a part accountant of soaring estate ghana limited responsible for all accounts functions,system design and implementation. He is currently the head of accounts with rad group of companies.
