Doug has spent the past 20+ years coaching and developing hundreds of leaders and senior teams nationwide. Combining his entrepreneurial spirit, facilitation capabilities, and training as a clinical psychologist, Doug focuses on assisting leaders in uncovering their "leadership paths" and integrating their personal beliefs with their interpersonal and executive competencies. Doug successfully built and sold two consulting firms based in Chicago, and currently serves on the boards of several non-profits. He has earned the Master Certified Coach designation from the International Coach Federation and is certified in several leadership assessments. He is also the author of The Resiliency Quest, and co-author of Go Positive: Lead to Engage.

Scott Robinson

Scott is a high-energy, results-oriented talent leader with a reputation for successfully coaching the nation's leading C-suite executives to peak performance. With 35+ years of experience in the human capital industry and a background in psychology, Scott is expertly qualified to develop and implement custom programs that drive measurable personal and professional growth. Worldwide, Scott is one of fewer than 1,000 talent leaders certified as a Registered Corporate Coach™, and the meaningful long-term relationships he establishes with his clients are a direct reflection of the care he puts into each partnership, as well as the positive impact he is able to make on their careers and lives. Scott is also an active member of several Boards and many business organizations including The Executives' Club of Chicago (ECC) and the Young President's Organization (YPO Gold), where he previously served as Chapter Chairman and Chapter Education Chairman.

Wayne successfully drove people and talent initiatives from strategic thought to full execution including organizational restructurings, an IPO, and the start-up and spin-out of a company. Wayne understands the impact that quality talent has on the bottom line and in the satisfaction of employees and clients. Wayne is a certified Leadership Coach (LCS™ designation) and is experienced and certified in the use of assessments tools.
