Jansen has spent most of his life working in technology. He is no stranger to troubleshooting and problem solving on the fly. In high-school he taught himself the basics of web design and general tech support knowledge, which included building his own computer. This allowed him to transition into a help desk role in college while he studied Computer Science, and enabled him to be promoted to team lead of his IT Staff. He has consulted for RxWorkz on the side while full-time employed as multiple roles including: Software/Developer Operations engineer in the financial services industry, and Software Development and Test Engineer in the Aerospace industry.
He enjoys board gaming and the fellowship of his friends. He supports RxWorkz because he wholeheartedly believes in the quality of the products and goals set forth by the company, and the team that supports them. He strives to make his mark and aid, wherever he can, in the areas he excels in.

Randy Ward's experience with helping companies grow and venture into new market spaces is exceptional. He mixes both customer-centric philosophies and lean principles to assist customers to achieve their goals, solve problems, and clarify their vision.
Having worked for and with several of the top automation companies in the US and Canada, Randy understands the technical side of equipment and the requirements to maximize the use of these devices. His background in industrial engineering and architectural studies has helped companies transition from visions to reality by planning and addressing concerns that are sometimes not noticed until the eleventh hour. He is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, but he realizes that mixing these skills with practical experience while focusing on the customer is the key for success. Customers have always appreciated his dedication and sense of urgency to bring timely solutions to their projects.
Randy has aided past employers to successfully penetrate previously untapped market segments. His understanding of the market and where the market is heading has helped customers embrace change to successfully open up new revenue streams for their business. He has helped many industries but has excelled in retail, chain, and specialty pharmacies design and implement high-volume systems around the country.
An accomplished and highly respected subject matter specialist in pharmacy, Randy Ward has saved companies time, energy, and money in multiple facets. His insight from contracts and contract negotiations has proven valuable results for customers from implementation to exiting strategies.
Rodney consults part time as a software engineer. He has extensive experience in building web applications, and administering production systems across multiple industries such as healthcare, fintech and aerospace. He spends his off time enjoying 3d modeling, working with 3d printers and tinkering with micro-controllers.
He brings his development passion and expertise to RxWorkz because he believes in the products we create, and enjoys bringing top notch service and value to our customers.
Scarlett S. Eckert, Pharm. D. has practiced across the spectrum of pharmacy during her career, including serving as the Director of Pharmacy for a number of hospitals and health systems throughout California. In that time she also designed and built a number of hospital pharmacies, including an off-site central fill automated production pharmacy that included a state of the art non-hazardous and hazardous cleanroom in 2010 that exceeded the USP<800> regulations written in 2016.
Backed by more than 35 years of experience, Scarlett has extensive knowledge of medication management and safety, compliance and regulatory issues. She is well versed in the most recent versions of USP Chapters including USP<795>, USP <797>, USP <800>, Canadian equivalent: National Association of Pharmacy Regulatory Authorities (NAPRA): Model Standards for Pharmacy Compounding of Hazardous Sterile Preparations and Model Standards for Pharmacy Compounding of Non-Hazardous Sterile Preparations. Scarlett specializes in working with individual hospitals or large health systems in understanding and how to implement USP<795>, USP <797>, USP <800> and/or NAPRA with their current cleanroom space and/or to help them re-design or build a new cleanroom.

Terry joins our consulting team with almost 30 years of pharmacy experience. He has worked as a pharmacist and has held leadership roles in retail, hospital, home infusion, community health center, and mail order environments. He has vast experience in operations, workflow, training, and human resource areas. He has been responsible for several accreditations including The Joint Commission (TJC), Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC), and Accreditation Commission for Health Care (ACHC). Additionally, he has experience with insurance contracts, inventory management, automation, software and hardware conversions, and formulary management.
He holds bachelor's degrees in chemistry and pharmacy, and is currently working toward finishing his Master's in Healthcare Administration.
Terry lives in Colorado Springs with his wife and two children. In his free time, he is an avid mountain bike racer and runner. He has qualified for the Boston marathon multiple times. In his downtime, he enjoys his continued studies of classical guitar.
Tyler Hufford is a seasoned professional with a unique set of skills blending accounting, finance, sales, and management. He brings a strong value system and the ability to manage complex projects demanded by our industry. He assists with the many aspects of RxWorkz and can truly find value in both the prospect, customer, and company while keeping to our core goals.
Our clients have found Tyler to be a hard worker who genuinely collaborates with people in both good and difficult times. Tyler can breakdown complex financial issues with "non-finance" people to see the true value. He is a graduate of the University of CO in Boulder and has passed the CPA exam in Colorado.
