Mr. Steve Robinson has 25 plus years of continued success in hands on long term care operations, business development and senior housing property management and development. Mr. Robinson directed operations throughout Texas, Louisiana and Alabama. He also has guided the refinancing of several homes into HUD Non-Recourse loans. Mr. Robinson has a history of transforming troubled facilities into viable operations, with an established history of regulatory compliance and prudent financial performance.

Ray Watt - Founder

With over 25 years of experience in long-term care, Mr. Watt has taken on severely problematic operations and with a proactive hands-on approach, has quickly turned out success stories. Focusing on maximizing reimbursement, controlling costs, cultivating a continued census, and building trust through delivering compassionate quality care have driven his success in long-term care. Currently, he operates and owns with Mr. Robinson three long-term care facilities in Texas. Also, Watt and Robinson have been awarded three CONs in Texas for skilled nursing. Cedar Hills Geriatric Center. Cedar Hills has been under Watt and Robinson's guidance for the past six years and has been 95% occupied and consistently profitable. Recently, Cedar Hills was the only home awarded additional beds (32) in Texas due to high occupancy. Cedar Hills was purchased for 2.1m and the current valuation is 10.8m. Hill Country and San Angelo Nursing and Rehab were acquired in April 2019. Both homes were rescued from bankruptcy and in under two years were financed through HUD. Formerly, he is the Chief Operational Officer and partner for a company that owned and operated North Central Texas facilities, TN facilities, and outpatient rehab. Also, while consulting for approximately 7 years, he managed an assisted living/Alzheimer's community in Jackson, TN. He sold a 120-bed skilled nursing and rehab facility in North Dallas to Ensign in 2007. This tremendous success story or "rescue mission" saw Mr. Watt quickly improve all systems and saw the facility value triple in under a year. Mr. Watt has extensive contacts and knowledge of the Texas health care market. Mr. Watt is a licensed nursing home administrator in 4 states, including Texas. He has owned facilities, various businesses and investment property in 3 states. He has been involved as an administrator, owner, or consultant for healthcare operations ranging from start-ups, receiverships, re-openings, imminent domain closures, companies going public, companies downsizing, unionized labour negotiations and strikes, and change of ownership. For the past decade, he has been an active council member for GLG. He has a BS and MS in Public Health and Community Health Education from Southern CT.
