Connie Ward, has been involved with property management since she started investing in real estate herself over 20 years ago. She currently owns rentals of her own in several states . After semi-retiring to Mexico for 6 years, she returned to the states and purchased SMS Properties which she has now managed for 7 years. Connie is active in NARPM and has worked with the organization to help promote best practices for property management. In her off time-she does competition offshore fishing in Mexico and travels extensively. Connie currently lives in Sierra Vista.

Professional Experience: I have been a full time agent since 2016 and I have specialized in property management and rentals since I retired as a First Sergeant from the United States Army.
Education and Interests: Graduated from Folkwang Musik Hochschule in Freiburg, Germany. I am a member of the Sierra Vista Symphony Orchestra, the Sierra Vista Community Band and the Desert Swing Orchestra. I recently won the 2018 Mayor's Arts and Humanities Award, Performing Arts Individual.
