SPLIT DECISION FARM

Split Decision Farm is a small, family owned/operated cattle ranch in Central Texas which raises registered Limousin and LimFlex cattle... After moving from Houston to Fayette County in 2014, we decided to raise cattle. Due to family ties, we began with some Dexter cattle, but we've never been huge fans due to genetic disorders and what we viewed as a lower beef quality. After doing our due diligence, we elected to get into the Limousin breed due to their low birthweight, solid genetics, and excellent yield: both quality and quantity... We are a small 'hobby-farm' located in Colorado River Valley of Eastern-Central Texas. After chasing careers in Houston, we returned to rural life in 2014 and to our love of working with animals.
