I am a builder builder and have used ‘ The Certifier ‘ for over 15 years now for all my pool approvals and personal certification requirementsThe staff are very friendly and professional, IWould have no problem recommending them to anyone
I had a highly disappointing experience with The Certifer. After entrusting them with our certification process, we spent two years in meetings, emails, phone calls and waiting for progress. Despite our patience and persistence, the Certifer after paying 1,000s in fees and additional consultant fees recommended by The Certifer. They ultimately canceled the job without providing a satisfactory explanation or offering an in-person meeting to discuss the issues.While they did refund the fees, this small gesture does not compensate for the two years of time and effort we invested. I cannot recommend The Certifer to anyone seeking reliable and professional certification services. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.
The office girls at The Certifier are always friendly and a pleasure to deal with and know there stuff.Any questions I had they knew all the answers.I am a builder and have dealt with many certifiers but these guys are the best.Keep up the good work and Alan is great too.

After several requests I am still waiting for my Form 21. Non responsive and constant excuses. Demanded my landscaping be completed within 6 months - in writing. Not even sure they presented to site.

Whenever an issue has arisen either during an approval process or the odd occasion on site, the team have always done their best to provide the most equitable solution for us and our clients. They have never cut corners. In fact they often perform educational seminars for the builders that use their services to ensure their builders are aware of best practice installation methods for different products used in building. We have used and trusted The Certifier team for a long time now and would totally recommend the team.

This business was very gracious, allowing it to be used as a drop off point for emergency food clothing etc for our flood victims in Lismore NSW, Australia and doing a delivery down to the effected areas once a week from here in QLD.I was able to pull up outside and 2 lovely young people came and helped unload my car of donations.So if you are seeking a home approval, building inspections etc please give these guys your business.
