Dolores Tiernan - CEO

A former banking executive, Sligo native Dolores Tiernan has over 20 years' experience as an addiction counsellor and programme administrator, having trained with the Hazelden International Addiction Programme. She commenced her counselling career in 1998 as Aftercare Coordinator in the Rutland Centre, Dublin, and served as Deputy Director in The Grove (2002-2010) and Senior Addiction Counsellor with the Health Service Executive (HSE) in Kerry (2010-2019).

Eileen Murphy

Eileen our Deputy Director possesses extensive clinical experience having qualified in 2005 with the Hazelden affiliated International Addiction Counselling Training Programme Eileen is responsible for the day-to-day management of our highly qualified treatment team. She also leads our assessment team where she makes recommendations, to potential clients and/or family members, for the most appropriate treatment. She has trained in Facilitator Skills for Eating Disorders and Clinical Supervision. Eileen has often quoted "We all hurt when someone we love is in pain from addiction. Ger Lowe

Stephen Guerin

Stephen is working in the field of addiction since 2015. He worked in many community and residential settings in both Ireland and the UK, where he graduated from London South Bank University with an MSc in Addiction Psychology and Counselling. Suzanne Corbett
