Amanda Carlin founded The Carlin Collaborative in 2019 with the goal of creating a well-rounded group of project management professionals that act as true advisors with the client's priorities at the forefront. Amanda is a proactive and hands-on leader with an innate ability to successfully leverage both her 18+ years of experience and her extensive industry network to make every project a success. She is skilled in project assessment, budgeting, local and state regulatory standards, and leading design and construction efforts for projects. Amanda is an excellent communicator who is highly effective in board level presentations. Her passion lies in realizing her client's aspirations by abandoning the "one size fits all" approach and creating tailored solutions for their unique goals.
Amanda earned her BS in Architectural and Civil Engineering from Drexel University and is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives, Professional Women in Construction, the Delaware State Chamber of Commerce, Life Sciences of Pennsylvania and many more. Dedicated and loyal, Amanda will exhaust all outlets to achieve the goals of her clients and team members. She commits energy to creating opportunities of outreach and growth within the TCC team to cultivate an environment of creativity and commitment.
As the first member to join TCC alongside Amanda Carlin in January of 2019, Andrea Ball has paved the way, not only for the clients she masterfully assists, but the culture of TCC itself. With 25+ years as an owner's representative and a robust design background, Andrea brings expert perspective to every project while empowering teams to excel and challenge each other. She has proven success leading project teams in healthcare, higher education, and commercial building projects. She is systematic and proficient at managing budgets, schedules, and client expectations for multi-million-dollar projects. Andrea has served as the project lead and owner's representative overseeing the planning, design, construction and occupancy teams on complex new construction and multi-phased renovation projects.
Andrea earned her BA in Interior Design from Drexel University and is a member of Women in Healthcare and Professional Women in Construction. She leads success on TCC's Atlantic City, Ponoma, and Egg Harbor Township, NJ projects. In her role as Project Executive at TCC, Andrea empowers both her clients and teammates. Her ability to see things for what they are and provide mentorship to younger professionals is unmatched.

Bonnie Saunders joined the TCC team in June of 2019 as an HR and Business Support Manager. Her 20+ years of professional experience has afforded her an extensive knowledge in administrative organization. Bonnie excels at resolving business challenges with innovative solutions and process improvements that increase efficiency and allow our project teams to focus solely on the client. She has extensive experience in a variety of fields which provides her the flexibility to adept to all business intricacies.
Bonnie earned her B.S. in History from West Chester University. Her strong work ethic and relationship building abilities are only a few of the talents that bring the TCC team together. Bonnie holds down TCC's Navy Yard office, scheduling community involvement and team building events that allow our team to connect and give back to our communities regularly.

Stephen Books is a project management professional with over 12 years of experience leading Science and Technology, Hospital, Higher Education, and large commercial real estate projects to success. He joined TCC in September of 2022 as a Project Manager. Stephen has developed expertise in navigating complex, multi-million-dollar projects through solution-driven leadership, effective communications, and decisive problem solving. He is additionally skilled in finance, prioritizing his clients' needs through long term value-added solutions. Stephen has created a reputation as a trusted advisor to both his clients and teammates, working tirelessly to exceed expectations and harbor trust amongst peers.
Stephen earned his bachelor's in civil engineering and finance from Drexel University and now leads success at TCC's Philadelphia, Washington Township, and Cherry Hill, NJ projects. He is a proud Philadelphia sports fan, often attending home games with his family and filling in the TCC team on his game day adventures.

Daniel Dadino joined TCC as a Project Director in July of 2022. With over 10 years of experience in construction and pharmaceutical design, he brings value to every project through his mastery of logistical foresight, effective communication, and passion to drive the team forward. Daniel has a successful track record of completing complicated projects within fully active facilities while ensuring zero interruptions to operations. His ability to seamlessly bridge the gap between planning and execution is based on principles of efficiency and pragmatism. He is highly skilled in project assessment, budgeting, communication, and validation.
Daniel leads TCC's project success in King of Prussia and consistently mentors TCC teammates with passion, drive, and understanding. Daniel earned his bachelor's in mechanical engineering from Vanderbilt University before going on to earn his MSM in Engineering from Pennsylvania State University. As a foodie and globetrotter, Daniel entertains the TCC team with travel tales, local dining recommendations, and travel planning tips.
Eduard Dumitrescu is an expert project management professional with over 20 years of experience leading complex healthcare and life sciences design and construction projects. He joined the TCC Team as Project Director in September of 2023. Eduard has a vast knowledge base of construction, engineering, cost estimating, financial forecasting, and infrastructure along with a proven aptitude of lease review and advisement. He is an excellent communicator, adept at leading stakeholder presentations, cross-functional team discussions, and negotiation efforts.
Eduard earned his Bachelor of Architecture from Drexel University before going on to earn his MBA from Temple University. Eduard's understanding of business management adds a helpful layer of perspective to the clients he serves and TCC's internal business operations. His joy for life and creativity inspires our team in the Navy Yard office. Eduard is a lover of travel both domestically and internationally and picks up beautiful antiques along the way.

Fran Bates has over 30 years of experience coordinating and deploying complex client occupancy efforts which has gained her extensive knowledge in the logistics of phased equipment and furniture relocations. As a highly skilled communicator, she anticipates her clients' needs which has led to an exceptional track record of client satisfaction. Fran joined TCC as an Assistant Project Manager in 2019. Fran has experience with renovation and complex office and in-patient healthcare relocation projects. She is particularly adept at project controls management and reporting.
Fran is an invaluable resource to the TCC team assisting complex client occupancy efforts while offering her knowledge and experience to other team members.

Franklyn Ejizu joined TCC as a Project Manager in October of 2022. With over 6 years of experience in Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, and Biopharmaceutical construction, Franklyn has developed expertise in bringing complex plans to fruition through effective communication, strategic problem solving, and motivational team leadership. He is skilled in identifying key deliverables and generating project protocols that support the most efficient path to the desired outcomes. As a self-motivated professional, Franklyn brings initiative, solutions, and energy to every project team.
Franklyn earned his B.S.in Business and Engineering from Drexel University and is a member of the National Organization for Business and Engineering. On the TCC team, Franklyn drives results for our Cherry Hill and Washington Township, NJ projects. He grew up in Lagos, Nigeria but has lived in Philadelphia since 2013 which he hopes is long enough to say he is "From Philadelphia!"

Gary Carnevale joined TCC as a Project Director in December of 2022. He is an agile leader with 15 years of experience as a healthcare project architect on inpatient and outpatient facilities, prototype clinic designs, and multi-site rollouts throughout the United States. Gary establishes strong communication strategies from the onset of any project to ensure seamless communication between clients, consultants, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle. He has a deep understanding of each project phase and guarantees complete documents, deliverables, and understanding across all project teams.
Gary earned his bachelor's in architecture from Philadelphia University and is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), and the US Green Building Council Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design. On the TCC team Gary leads multiple teams and projects simultaneously, creating innovative solutions to a variety of challenges. With his quick wit and golf skills, Gary uplifts the TCC team inside and out of the office.

Jenny Fretta is a results-driven project management professional with strong organizational abilities and communication skills. Through her experience as a forward-thinking construction professional, she has led a wide variety of project types to success including healthcare, education, pharmaceutical, industrial, and ground-up construction. Jenny joined TCC as an Assistant Project Manager in January of 2023. Now working on the owner's representative side, she can apply her abilities directly to client needs while understanding the inner workings of the general contractors which she now oversees. She is an ambitious team member who navigates coordination between multi-disciplinary teams with ease. Her passion for sustainability and cost-effective solutions brings an added layer of value to every project she works on.
Jenny gained her B.S. in Civil and Architectural Engineering from Drexel University and is a member of the Society of Women Engineers and the General Building Contractors Association. She has developed strong relationships in the industry and now mentors many young professionals in the early stages of their careers teaching them to build confidence in their growing skills.

Linda Dutch joined the TCC team in January of 2023 as a Regulatory & Accreditation Project Manager. Linda is a dedicated regulatory and safety professional with over 35 years of experience navigating complex compliance operations in the healthcare industry. Linda has a broad range of experience across organizational safety including Joint Commission, life safety, environment of care, emergency management, surveys, MRI safety, and more. She is an influential communicator skilled at engaging with diverse leaders, internal and external stakeholders, customers, regulators, and vendors.
Linda is committed to ensuring the safety and security of patients, visitors, and employees by establishing clear procedures for a safe environment. As a strategic-minded leader, Linda coordinates workflows, develops employees, and builds teams to deliver high-quality results. She boasts a successful track record of gathering, analyzing, and interpreting operational data and information to guide decision making.
Linda earned her BS in Healthcare Administration from Warren National University before earning her MSM in Healthcare Administration from Grand Canyon University. Linda holds a variety of certifications including Certified Health Safety Professional (CHSP), Healthcare Environment Manager (HEM), Certified Radiology Administrator (CRA), Certified Health Care Physical Environment Worker, Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification, Radiologic Technologist License, Active Shooter Response Instructor, OSHA 30, HAZWOPER, ICS 100, 200, 700 (FEMA).

Michael Levin joined TCC as a Project Director in August of 2022. With over 32 years' experience in the design and construction industry, Michael's dedicated leadership and attention to detail have cultivated success in Healthcare, Higher Education, Corporate, Manufacturing, and Mixed-Use building projects. He is an expert at managing budgets, schedules, and client expectations for complex, multi-million-dollar projects. Michael's experience as an Architect has cultivated a breadth of specialty knowledge that empowers him to approach project challenges from multiple different angles.
Michael is a driving force behind a variety of TCC's Philadelphia, Cherry Hill and Washington Township, NJ projects. Additionally, he cultivates a culture of curiosity and learning with those he leads, works alongside, and mentors. Prior to earning his Bachelor of Architecture, Michael began his career as a scenic painter for the Opera Company of Boston and the Chautauqua Opera Company. As one of TCC's resident foodies, Michael is constantly expanding our team's palate with exciting eatery recommendations.

Nicolette Nordmark joined the TCC team in April of 2022 as Marketing and Communications Manager. She is a dynamic marketing specialist talented in implementing strategic branding initiatives, organizational growth strategies, and graphic design projects. Drawing from her background in a variety of industries, Nicolette connects marketing ideas to reality through clear customer journeys and creative storytelling. She has a passion for engagement and organizational development making her a driving force behind TCC's rapidly expanding brand presence.
Nicolette earned her B.S. in Integrated Marketing Communications from Ithaca College and is a member of the Delaware Bioscience Association, American College of Healthcare Executives, Society of University Planning, Life Sciences of Pennsylvania, and ISPE. She additionally studied opera performance at Ithaca College and uses her performance experience to get others out of their shells.
Patricia Dufrene is a result-oriented project management professional with over 13 years' experience leading Healthcare, Life Sciences, and Higher Education project teams. Patricia joined TCC as a Project Manager in September of 2022. Patricia has developed expertise in multiple facets of the industry including Hospital Improvement, New Construction, Infrastructure Improvement, and even disaster recovery. She prioritizes both cost control and site safety in pursuance of high-quality project outcomes. On the TCC Team Patricia consistently leads success in Southern New Jersey projects and our Navy Yard Office.
Patricia earned her Bachelor's in Residential Construction Technology & Management from PA College of Technology and her AAS Masonry Technology from Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology. She has a love for life and discovery, constantly seeking out new skills and hobbies, travel opportunities, and learning experiences with her beloved family.
Phil Plasky joined the TCC Team in November of 2022 as an Assistant Project Manager. Through his years of experience in the science and technology construction industry, he has developed significant skill in managing tight project deadlines, ensuring site safety, and providing logistical foresight. Phil is talented at quickly identifying solutions to hurdles and managing multiple large capital projects simultaneously. He is known to forge trust across teams through skillful coordination and dedication to the client's vision.
Phil earned his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Pennsylvania State University and is a member of The American Society of Mechanical Engineering. He leads significant progress at our King of Prussia, Malvern, and Wayne, PA project sites, supporting cross-functional teams as needed. Phil is a source of positive energy on the TCC team, always adding laughs to team happy hours!

Stefanie Spinelli-Kreider joined the TCC team as a Senior Project Manager in August of 2019. With over 23 years' experience in design and construction, Stefanie has proven success in leading project teams in both new construction and multi-phased renovation projects. She has served as the design project manager and owner's representative, overseeing the initial design concept to occupancy and has experience with Integrated Facility Design, Lean processes, and implementation. Stefanie is an expert at leading design, coordinating project schedules, budgets, and communication strategies, bringing an innovative Lean mindset to her clients and their projects.
She earned her bachelor's in architecture from Pennsylvania State University and is a member of Women in Bio and ISPE. On the TCC Team, Stefanie not only manages complex projects with confidence, but teaches others, improves internal workflow, and drives organizational growth. She feels that her mission is accomplished every time the integrity of a project shines through.

Zach Rausch joined the TCC team as an Assistant Project Manager in September of 2023. Zach is a skillful project management professional with hands-on experience in the science and technology construction industry. Having project management experience from both the owner and owner's representative side, Zach understands the needs and priorities of a project's various stakeholders. He prioritizes collaboration with all project teams to create an effective and driven path towards deliverables.
Zach earned his B.S. in Bioengineering from the University of Maryland. His personality and eagerness to try new things adds light and encouragement to the TCC team. Zach is a lover of golf, jiu-jitsu, poker, and Philadelphia sports. Go Birds!
