TLC CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT SERVICES - Key Persons
TLC owner Chris Gwyn has been involved in the construction business for his entire professional career. For almost 30 years, Mr. Gwyn has had hands-on experience in field management, project management and estimating relating to heavy and civil engineering construction and building construction for industrial-petrochemical, municipal, educational and commercial projects. He has a bachelor's degree in Construction Science from Texas A&M University.
Mr. Gwyn directly oversees TLC's day-to-day operations, including managing the estimating process; coordinating all projects with the project management and field management teams; ensuring proper allocation of the company's equipment; managing equipment fleet and maintenance; and overseeing financial planning, forecasting and reporting.
Mr. Gwyn also communicates the company's health and safety mission of creating an accident-free working environment. This is accomplished through leadership, communication, training to ensure that all employees take actions to safeguard our most valuable asset - our people.
TLC owner Hayley Gwyn has almost two decades of construction industry experience in accounting, cost management and asset management related to civil construction. She has a bachelor's degree in Advertising from Texas Tech University.
Mrs. Gwyn oversees TLC's financial activities; including preparation of current financial reports; monthly, quarterly and yearly financial summaries; and management of all cash-related activities including capital. During the last five years she has been instrumental in implementing customized cost management and asset management systems, which have helped TLC grow into the company it is today.
