Charlotte has over 19 years experience in the financial sector and has a wealth of experience in the mortgage and protection market, successfully helping hundreds of clients arrange their mortgage and realising their home buying dream.
Charlotte is passionate about putting her clients at the heart of what she does, has excellent customer services track record and enjoys long standing relationships with her clients. She specialises in the Buy to Let market and has effectively managed to help many clients where they have struggled to obtain finance previously.
Outside of work, Charlotte is a mother to two fantastic boys who love football, swimming and baking together. She's a brilliant runner who takes part in many local events with her running club and enjoys singing opera.
Georgia has worked in a number of client focused roles over the last 8 years, ensuring that her clients are at the heart of what she does.
Georgia loves working in protection and putting her clients first to ensure that no matter what life throws at them, her clients can be confident and have the peace of mind that financial worries won't be one of them.
Outside of work, Georgia loves spending time with her family, and when she isn't doing a challenge like climbing mountains or entering runs with friends, she can be found walking her beloved dog Patrick.

Kate has a background in finance and teaching and is currently studying her MSc in Finance.
Kate has excellent communication skills which has proved invaluable when progressing customers cases through to offer and maintaining first-rate customer care.
Outside of work you will find Kate spending time with her family and her beautiful dachshund Autumn and has a passion for reading.
Matthew has worked in the corporate financial services industry for over 20 years, and has always put his clients at the heart of his business. He opened Mint FS with one goal in mind, to find a better way for his customers to arrange their mortgage, believing that simplicity is best - and realised that most brokers do not use technology to the advantage of their clients.
Outside of work Matthew is a avid Golfer and is a bit of a foodie and makes a mean curry.
With over 20 years experience in the finance, estate agency and lettings industry, Rebecca has a wealth of knowledge when buying a home or investment property.
Opening Mint FS became important to Rebecca after she had her twins a few years back which made her realise that the old way of going into an office to arrange a mortgage doesn't always work for the busy mum and wanted to create a simplified process using modern technology that would work around anyone's busy schedule, whether that be at home, in the evening or on the go.
Outside of work Rebecca loves to spend time with her family, bake, cycle and currently runs her local twins group.
Sizzle Jackson Junior "Barketing" Manager Sizzle is the youngest and smallest member of our "Barketing" Department , but what he lacks in size he makes up for in energy and enthusiasm. In a short space of time he has improved our use of leads and has demonstrated effective techniques for chasing cases through to completion. He is constantly hungry for business - in fact not just business but anything he can get in his mouth and is a big fan of office power naps.
Although new to the company Stirling has made an immediate impact - introducing mandatory "Walkies" and improving our lender relationships.
He is working on many innovate marketing campaigns using his energy and personality to increase engagement with our lending partners and clients alike.
Outside of work he likes eating, chasing his tail, long naps and playing with his human family.

William has been in the property and finance industry for over 18 years, and has a wealth of experience from owning his own estate agency and arranging mortgages for numerous clients.
William enjoys working with clients to find a way to make their dream move a reality. He is passionate about helping and educating first time buyers and new builds purchasers using his background to help them with the property purchase process every step of the way all while providing excellent customer service.
