Abbie has joined We Build as a Labour Manager based from our Manchester office. With 6 months recruitment experience Abbie will be working on our M&E desk sourcing local labour for our clients within this sector. Working closely with Capri, Abbie will be managing our contractors on site and keep close contact with site managers to check the progress made on the contracts.
Cole joins the business fresh from completing his Business Management Degree (where he achieved a 1st). Cole will be working as a Labour Manager on our M&E Desk sourcing everything from Electricians, Plumbers, Pipefitters & Mates for constructions sites throughout the UK.
Manchester lad through and through. Out of work Leon enjoys the gym, boxing, cocktail making and enjoying weekends with his friends. Interesting fact.... Leon lives in the tallest building in Manchester.
Having worked for a leading recruitment player in the rail market managing payroll and mobilisation for nearly 200 contractors Mandy has experience in every possible payroll outcome, with her attention to detail being second to none it makes for a smooth payroll process for all our contractors working across the many sites we service.
I enjoy going for walks with my son Tom and our dog Banjo. I'm massively into my music and enjoy jumping on my decks which are now a permanent feature in my kitchen!

Having worked with some of the leading agencies within the recruitment industry Mike is well known for his ability to turn failing divisions around and also to help kick start divisions from nothing to something you want to put your name too.

After serving his trade as a professional boxer, career spanning over 7 years, Warren has joined the crazy world of recruitment. Linking up with Mike he has jumped in with both feet in helping with the running of the business, managing a number of client relationships helping take the business forward and getting the We Build brand out in the market. In his spare time if he isn't in the gym or walking up hills he is socialising with ‘Wim Hof' in minus temperatures testing his mental and body strength.
