Bryony has almost 6 years of experience in Executive Search working on C-Suite appointments in the UK and internationally. Her experience covers a broad spectrum of sectors including Consumer Goods, Retail, and Technology, as well as gaining functional expertise across CEO, CFO, and COO networks. She joined Azura as an Associate in 2021 from another established executive search firm. Bryony is passionate about next-generation talent and diversity and inclusivity in the workplace.
In her spare time, Bryony is a keen traveller and has visited over 40 countries.

In 2013 David co-founded Altum Group alongside Ed Nash-Steer. David's current role is Co-CEO for Altum Group and is Managing Partner for Azura Search.
David has over 25 years' experience recruiting CFO, COO and other Board level searches for many FTSE 250 organisations both in the UK and Internationally. His focus has been within Commerce, Charity and not-for-profit sectors. David is known for his ability to truly understand the needs of his clients and identify talent, who in turn add significant value to the businesses they join. David offers pragmatic and intelligent advice as well as his thorough search capability and extensive network.
David is responsible for leading the ED&I initiative within Altum Group, he is passionate about ensuring everyone has equal opportunities both within Altum Group and throughout our search processes.
One of David's proudest moments was running the Sierra Leone marathon alongside 19 colleagues where the team raised £37,000 for Street Child. The Altum Foundation has raised over £350,000 for a variety of charities since it launched.

Ed co-founded Altum Group in 2013 with David McDowell. Alongside his role as Managing Partner for Azura Interim, he and David lead the wider group.
Ed has 18 years of experience within the executive search and recruitment industry partnering with leading international businesses with their interim requirements within their executive teams. He works with international blue-chip firms placing high impact interim leaders to turnaround, restructure and grow their organisations with functional specialisms including CEO, CFO, CTO, CHRO and Chief Digital Officers.
Ed is passionate about our focus on positive social impact and helps drive our ED&I, Education and Environmental initiatives. He is also actively involved in our design of the Altumate Experience each year when we raise funds for our charitable Altum Foundation.
Ed is proud to have completed all the experiences to date including our cycle from Amsterdam to London and running the Sierra Leone marathon which was a walk in the park compared to his five marathons in five days challenge.

Robbie has over 10 years' experience within the executive search and recruitment industry. He specialises in partnering with international companies to support them to reach their sustainability goals by placing purpose-driven talent. Typical mandates include Chief Sustainability Officer, Sustainability Director, VP Sustainability/ESG, Sustainable Finance Director and ESG Strategy Lead.
Robbie is known for building long-lasting relationships through his honest approach, knowledge of the market and passion for humanitarian causes. He is also passionate about Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion and sits as a member on Altum Group's ED&I board.
Ruby joined Altum Group in London in 2023, working closely with the emerging North American and international team, who specialise in executive search placements to source high-level candidates for a variety of CxO roles across different industries.
Sian specialises in partnering with leading consumer businesses and high-growth D2C scale-ups with their global hiring requirements. She works with international blue-chip firms to build diverse, high-potential talent into their organisations and with scale-up businesses to attract the best talent on their growth journeys.
Sian is passionate about Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion and as such sits as a member of Altum Group's ED&I board. She has helped shape the Azura processes to ensure we deliver diversity at every stage of our searches and advises clients on the inclusivity of their working practices. Through this experience, she has become an expert and helped develop Altum Group's own processes to ensure our ED&I framework is the best in class.
